Amazing service
Jake Matthews and the team were fantastic, opening on a Saturday morning to allow me to collect the car and collecting me from the station. It was beautifully presented and ready to go as planned, and the communications were excellent as we negotiated a short term lease.

Having looked into the issue, it appears that we originally expected the vehicle to be collected at 4.00pm instead of 2.00pm. This meant that the team didn't have as long as anticipated to prepare the vehicle for you.

Very smooth and easy process
Very smooth and easy process and had a car available at short notice! The staff were all very helpful, friendly and made everything as simple as possible. The car was exactly what I needed and really saved the day as I needed a car for the weekend. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again.

This company is a breath of fresh air, it’s like working with family. No unnecessary red tape, no worrying that they are going to look for reasons to charge more, hugely flexible. I can’t point at anything but praise. Anna is my contact there and the person who made my experience what it was!

Excellent car hire experience
Very accommodating and excellent value. Cars are quite new so for the cost, it's worth it. The pre-inspection as well was thorough and some marks/scratches were picked up before handover which is nice to see as many hire companies will only record marks or scratches if you point them out yourself.

Just a easy friendly process. The pricing and details were accurate and informative after my initial enquiry. After checking other options JVS offered the best deal for my needs. When I came to hire my vehicle and return the vehicle the process and all the staff were friendly and efficient, I would definitely use again if needed
