Justwood Avis

Just Wood Flooring laid a new oak block parquet floor for us in our living room. The floor looks fantastic and I can thoroughly recommend this company. The team arrived promptly just before 8am every day and were hard at work 5 mins later. Their attention to detail was amazing and at every step they checked in with us about how we would like particular features to be, offering us a range of options but also good advice about what would look best. They were polite, engaged and tidy at all times and the finished job looks brilliant. Old school customer service from workmen who take a real pride in a job well done.

Extremely efficient service. Excellent outcome, very pleased.

Very pleased, it all went very smoothly and looks fantastic. Daniel was excellent, a real asset to the company.

We've had great service from Harrison, Adam and the whole wood team. They know their craft, their service is exceptional and the finished job is top quality. Great working with you, guys!

Work to replace old damaged in places laminate floor and a variety of aging skirting boards in hall of older property was completed on the date arranged to a neat and clean finish creating a show home effect! All rubbish, debris and even dust removed. Excellent overall.

HIGHLY recommend.

In three steps over six years, the Justwood Team has restored all our floors in our 1934 house. The Team has been hard-working, tidy and trustworthy. Interactions have always been polite and fun. When doing the upstairs floors recently, the team helped us move larger furniture so that we were able to minimise effort and disruption. We would always use them again without hesitation.

Very happy with our new floor. Old pine floorboards were sanded, stained and finished to match them to our other oak flooring. Great service from Daniel
And Harrison. Very professional. Stuck to quote. Cleaned up well. Would recommend and use again.

Just Wood laid engineered oak flooring over the ground floor of our new-build house in 2021, and we have been very pleased with it. Recently we damaged the surface of an area of the wood flooring in the kitchen. We contacted Just Wood and they did an excellent job sanding the damaged area, and re-waxing the whole room. We are delighted with the result which looks perfect.

Our floor was ruined by a flood, but Just Wood restored it wonderfully - it's better now than it ever was before. They did an amazing job on the floor, with absolutely no mess, fantastic service, and were lovely people to work with. We can't recommend them highly enough.

Just Wood did an amazing job on the tired and unloved parquet floor in our new home. It now has a new lease of life and our lounge and hall look amazing. Really professional company and Daniel was always prompt and courteous. Thank you Harrison and the team!

JustWood laid laminate flooring to the whole upstairs of our 5 bedroom house. After a short period we noticed one area was uneven and asked that they return and try to correct it, and additionally quote to lay floor in two other rooms. I sent emails on 25 October 24, and 6th June and 31 July 2025. I messaged the fitter/company, 16 June, 17 June, 26 June. I rang on 26 September 2024, twice on 11 August 2025 (once to the Chichester office) and again on 12 August 2025. I received an apology email saying they would respond and my emails must have gone into a spam folder, I received a message response to a call that was unanswered saying I would receive a call back in 15 minutes. None of my calls messages or mails have been answered. The communications listed are those I have a record of, there are probably more. I will now use someone else.
