The tour rep was very helpful and…
The tour rep was very helpful and informed (as was our guide). On our return to the UK we were caught up in the air traffic control debacle and, fortunately for us, returned back to our hotel where we stayed until British Airways finally arranged flights to the UK. The rep even set up an excursion at cost price during this extra stay. The hotel was in Kranjska Gora which is a small and pretty village in the Slovenian Alps. While we were driven to Zagreb for our drive home (it should have been Liubljiana but the ATC issue scuppered this!) we saw how flat the rest of Slovenia is which means that we were certainly in the prettier part of Slovenia.

The imposition of an unusable Kindred app makes things very difficult for shyer travellers.
The tour is well planned, and the tour director was top notch. There are constant 7:15 am starts and very long days, so it is very very tiring. Maybe that’s inevitable. Key reason for low score is as follows…you book a holiday with JustYou because you want a supportive experience for lonely travellers. Unfortunately they have built a terrible bespoke app that purports to replace WhatsApp groups..which are normally used to make sure nobody has to eat alone because they cannot find others in the group. Sadly, this Kindred app is unusable, for a variety of reasons. No one but me in my group used it. By the time, half way through, I realised that no one else was going to use it, it was too late, in busy Vancouver, to start forming my own group, so I ended up eating by myself when that was exactly what I was afraid of doing. People who find a gang of mates to buzz around with in the airport lounge are fine, but the shyer or less lucky people are seriously disadvantaged by this ill thought out change. The tour director was told that she had to use Kindred, so she could not take the lead and form a WhatsApp group in the usual way. I cannot recommend JustYou to new users on this basis…the enforcement of this useless app means that shyer people are left out in the cold

Wonderful scenery and interesting excursions
Wonderful scenery and interesting excursions made this a great experience.The only down side was the walking tour of Bergen,much of which took place in a noisy environment.We were not given "Whispers" as the group numbered less than twenty-why does that matter?-missed much of what was said.Overall highly recommended.

Great gardens & Lovely tour director
Lovely tour director - Tessa. Even bought Yorkshire Tea Bags in so we could all have a proper British cuppa in our hotel rooms! Great hotel & restaurants. Lovely location in Le Plessee, near Paris centre.

Safari adventure
I had a fantastic safari in South Africa at Royal Morubisi Founders Lodge. Everything about the holiday was great: the game drives, accommodation, food, setting etc.

My safari holiday exceeded all my…
My safari holiday exceeded all my expectations and was truly amazing. The accommodation was really lovely and quite luxurious and the entire holiday was well organised making the group feel safe and well looked after at all times. The staff were welcoming and the surroundings were amazing. It was both exciting and relaxing. Getting up early for the morning game drives was easy as the entire group were looking forward to the day ahead. I can’t express just how brilliant it was.

The holiday was very well organised
The holiday was very well organised. Our Just you host was brilliant. However, most of the party could not access Kindred & therefore we were unable to receive up dates from our host unless she saw us face to face. It also means we cannot connect in future to share photos etc. Surely as we all used WhatsApp this would have been a better option.
