Avoid JUUL2, it is absolutely useless

Bought a starter kit to try JUUL2, coming with the device, 2 pods and the USB charger.
The pod itself leaks into the mouth which is annoying. I reported this issue to JUUL customer service and they came back to me with thousands of questions!!!
I simply felt being in the court!!!!

Here are the nonsense questionsby JUUL team:

- What is the batch number of the JUULpods? (located on the back of the blister pack or on the bottom of the box)
- What is the flavor and nicotine strength of the JUULpods?
- Which is the pack size of the JUULpods?
- How many JUULpods had leakage from the pack?
- Was it more than one pack? How many packs were affected?
- When did you purchase the JUULpods?
- Where did you buy the JUULpods? (If you bought them on JUUL.co.uk, please send the order number, if you bought them in a retailer store, specify the name)
- What is the serial number of your JUUL device? (located at the bottom of your device, if you can not see it, please send a picture)
- Are the JUULpods leaking in the package, into the device, or from the mouthpiece? Please describe as much detail as possible.
- Were you exposed to the JUULpod liquid? If so, did the liquid come into contact with your skin, mouth, or eyes? Provide as much detail regarding what occurred and if you were affected in any way. (You may receive a separate email with additional questions if affected)
- Is there any visible damage (crack) at the location where you see the leak?
- Was the JUULpod squeezed during vaping?
- Was the JUULpod squeezed during pod insertion?
- How did you store your pods prior to this issue occurring?
- Did the leakage occur during the first use? If not, how much of the pod was used before it leaked?
- Did you try troubleshooting steps regarding the leakage? If yes, please explain the steps you tried.

Absolute waste….

Used to love original JUUL. Now had to switch to JUUL2 due to the original JUUL not being available in stores. It’s my 4th vape and it leaks like there’s no tomorrow. Many pods wasted…. Disappointed. BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL JUUL!!!

I regularly buy from Juul site and this…

I regularly buy from Juul site and this month have had 5 packs delivered as normal and 3 of the packs (6 pods) don’t work at all. Eventually found a phone number for Juul ( not an email to be found) and he promised the other day to email me within the hour a code for a discount, nothing arrived in an email and he didn’t seem to care that you’ve paid you’re money for a faulty product. Fine to use until a problem, customer service poor I’m afraid.

Against GDPR law!!!

I have received mail from JUUL today. I am extremely annoyed how did they find out my name and address? I didn't signed up to be on their mailing list or given any of personals my details to anyone. I have chosen not to be contacted by telephone or mail by any company. What JUUL's did goes against GDPR law!!! I will be seeking advice.

JUUL should not be given any rating for they have done!

Having cancelled my subscription 2020…

Having cancelled my subscription 2020 with my bank. Juul Labs.Co.uk have taken a payment out of my bank today. No phone number and the email address is not recognised. I have not bought anything online from this company. My bank is investigating. It’s scary to think they can do this. My bank is investigating.

Every pod I use ends up either leaking…

Every pod I use ends up either leaking in my mouth, causing my mouth to burn and causing me to wretch. Or they leak all over my desk. These are dangerous and tacky.

Juul poo!

Absolutely loved original juul device and pods. Never had ANY issues in the 12+ months I used it (apart from losing it often). But have been forced to switch to juul 2 as they only sell kids flavoured vape pods for the original device now! I've had nothing but problems with the new "improved" device. Out of the 3 different devices I've got, 2 of them leak continually. Have now switched to a different, cheaper vape pen with refillable pods. Great move juul driving your adult customers to your competitors. Why 'fix' something that ain't broke..?!

Juul devices are not quality

Juul devices are not designed for long service - they appear to be a profit center. BUT the real problem is they have absolutely NO intention of listening to customer feedback that could help them improve the product - which is why I think they know it substandard and don't care.

JUUL 2 WASTE OF MONEY

Very disappointed with the Juul 2 less battery life, the pods are awful in taste, tried different ones thinking its me, but It's not me, leave a disgusting after taste in mouth which make me feel sick. Wick on nicotine and lots more glycerin oily. Can't give up smoking with this JUUL if your a heavy smoker. Only to good things about it is it has Bluetooth and cloud. Extremely expensive in the long run. WASTE OF MONEY. NEED TO IMPROVE ON THE MIXTURES

It is hard to express how disappointed…

It is hard to express how disappointed I am. How much lack of consideration to your costumer you are showing.

I created a profile a year ago- I recently moved house (October) and decided in April I wanted to put in place the montly subscription.
FYI: I made in between small orders to my new address without any issues.

When trying to do the subscription- surprised juul website cannot handle ordering from a smartphone. A 1st in 2023 ? Probably the only mondial company still struggling with smartphone IT.

I was asked then- to do this order through my laptop. A bit annoying must say- but I did it, again new issue ! You guys don’t accept a visa from Monzo ? Anyway… I try again with my HSBC account. Works hurray! Order for 124£ (including the discount 2.99£ per pods as new subscriber) great, perhaps will make up for the hassle I’ve been going through.

The next day order is cancelled. No email explaining why- not even having someone from the support trying to reach out to me and fix the “issue” that might cause it. Just cancelled without any explanation…..! Starting to be frustrating.

I then email, takes 3 days to get hold of someone via email as juul decides to hide their phone number in the website. Hard to find unless you actually really try to look for it.

Anyway, 3 days later I got a response finally, explaining this cancellation was due to a mistake in my address. Apparently my address I used to register isn’t the same as the one I’m trying to get it delivered.

Fair enough mate? But perhaps have someone from your team to contact me either via email or phone to check this issue instead of cancelling and make me chase 3 days for an answer from your company.

Anyway- I manage to get the phone number- after the 4th day- this new guy tells me that it is due to a mistake in my billing address and my delivery address.
Well- after verification of 20 minutes on the phone, he tells me- oh right it was the right address… and probably an issue with their website. I hope you can imagine how frustrated I am right now.

Anyway- he tells me, re try to order and everything should work.

Great- so laptop ready- my HSBC card ready again…. And surprised ! I cannot have access to the discount I was entitled as a newly subscriber.

I call again…. Wait 20 minutes for the guy to tell me- oh I cannot do anything I’m so sorry- I can’t even change your address to the system, I can’t help you regarding the discount. Bear in mind they got the whole history of our exchanged and transactions in front of his eyes.

Anyway- I demand to speak to someone from IT to fix this because I cannot bear anymore dealing with this uselessness website, those useless IT team.

He tells me, they will call me back. I already knew they would never call me back, like seriously ?

Anyway- I had hope- never got a phone call.
Apparently no one gives a s***t about you or your money or whatever.

I am so frustrated by the whole situation-
I cannot believe it is so hard to actually make a subscription to your services, but you guys deal perfectly delivering to Sainsbury’s etc .

I am so chocked by the lack of competence by the people who did the website- so chocked by the lack of support your website has.

I am so shocked by the whole situation and how much time I spent on this thing.

Juul You are truly a disappointment and have lost a costumer, and I truly hope a lot others will follow.

Your lack of consideration is so disrespectful to all of your costumers. You should be ashamed to have such a poor review.

Poor Customer Service

I bought a Juul & it was defective. Tried to submit a warranty, but due to me moving my residential address did not match my billing address. Why would they need my billing address. I'm not buying anything. They told me to try back in 30 days to see if my address has been changed. They just need to send me my replacement. This is Crazy! They need to Stand Behind their Product!

I tried it for a month and started to have chest pain while trying to take a long breath.
I immediately quit.
Sound like a terribly poisonous product.

Chat is useless

Love your product but very disappointed that I can no longer get product auto-shipped because my shipping and billing address are not the same - no one is home (billing address) during the day to sign for the shipment and can not change my card billing address to my work address where I was receiving shipments previously. Chat is totally useless, the person could not create a complete sentence. I could not understand much of anything. I assume that either Juul is outsourcing to another country or that they hire people who have no education of any kind (K-12).

customer care shocking

customer care shocking, could not verify my age using the app after uploading ID and now the app will not let me login in, for 3 days i have been trying to get to customer care using phone email and chat but no response ? what a joke ...

Worst customer service process ever!…

Tried to get 3 Juul 2 devices replaced under warranty was sent 3 return boxes by Juul, for the broken devices and 3 codes to purchase 3 new devices FOC. Although I had to wait for the codes to be emailed, 1 at a time, until the people at Juul had proof I’d posted the broken devices to them 🤦🏻‍♀️! Just went to buy the last of the 3 using my code and surprise, surprise you can only order 2 a month! Have been told by customer services to wait until the beginning of the next month the get the last Juul device. OMG talk about nonsense customer service! Shame on you Juul, happy to take the money, not happy to deliver any sort of meaningful customer service though!

Very annoying to set up account

They have made it almost impossible to create an account, while all other vape places have made it very easy. I am tempted to boycott juul over this.

All I want to do is buy on behalf of my mum with my email and phone number and in her name (because she struggles with tech), and want the option to create an account for myself in my name (another email but same phone number) in the future.

Juul customer service will not allow this, I have to create an account with my mums email and phone number. Well it looks like you just lost two more customers!! My mum really likes the juul vape, but I want something I can purchase with ease, so I will make her switch.

You really need to relax your policy otherwise you will lose all customers!

Terrible service - but they totally redeemed themselves

Impossible to contact. I just wanted to change telephone number on account. Used the website contact form - info got sent to US- global company who couldn’t deal with query. They gave Uk email address - used that - it got directed to US again. They gave another UK email address - guess what - right back to US company. They the told me to use the internal contact form again. Why? That’s where we started. Simplest thing - I will just not order from them. Suggest Juul sort this unless it’s deliberate of course.
** I can update now and add that Juul have been in contact and dealt with my issues in a very professional, customer focussed manner. **

These are awful

These are awful. Flavours are bland or. Just awful. And they are so expensive considering they last a day I. Comparison to cheaper vapes. DONT BIY TJIS BRAND IS CRAP

Not nearly as good as the first…

Not nearly as good as the first version. Charging dock angle is impossible in some situations. And we now don't have that nice portable charger. One battery has already entirety died after a few months ownership. I have had to buy 2 extra So that I now own 3 just to make sure I always have one ready if another fails. And the last straw now is that they started leaking and I just got a load of liquid in my mouth.
