No complaints whatsoever! I found the perfect color for me and ordered a JuvaBun Messy Bun and also a clip wavy ponytail and I love them both. Such nice quality and it DOES look like its my own hair--my husband verifies that, and he is always honest. You won't regret ordering a JuvaBun product--go ahead, you'll be happy you did.

There was no misunderstanding, refunds can be handled in many ways. From my first complaint I was told I would get a refund. Why didn't that happen? Instead you sent me a hair piece replacement which took a long time to arrive and was no good to me. Don't take their customer service agents at their word.
ALSO, I HAVE ASKED NUMEROUS TIMES FOR THE NAME, EMAIL ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER but forelegs what ever reason they ignore that request. All I wanted was my $50 odd dollars back, but they spend the money telling me to go to the bank and wasting their resources!!!!

I received my messy bun within a few days of ordering, great color match & great quality. Decided to purchase another bun. When ordering I neglected to hit enter on the promo code. I emailed them & they immediately refunded the difference. Great product and great customer service.

Best bun to buy !
I have tried other buns purchased on Amazon, etc. None of them were on the like the Juva bun. The Juva bun was not heavy and the hair color matches mine perfect. It is the most realistic looking bun u can buy !

I had a hard time matching my grey…
I had a hard time matching my grey hair. Stylist said color recommended didn’t match. I was able to exchange it. Then i realized i wanted messy scrunchie bun not the big bungie cord slip on bun. I worked in customer service for 20 years. I have never had such superior service like Juvabun. I am sure I drove them crazy. They were professional and accommodating. I love love love my brown grey messy bun. I gave arthritis and its so simple to put on. It’s a great look. It looks real. Don’t waste your money. Just get Juvabun. You can’t go wrong because the service is amazing. I also got bangs. Very nice.

Beautiful small curly bun!
I ordered a small curly bun and it arrived within a few days. The product was exactly as described and matched my hair perfectly. This is the 3rd small curly bun I have ordered and they all look like real human hair. Great product, wonderful company!

Buyer BEWARE!!
At first I wanted to talk to someone about an exchange. After 2 days and hours of waiting on chat and on the phone, I decided I just wanted to return the item. But the website said I had to get a return authorization code... but can't seem to reach anyone to get it. This is beyond frustrating!!! On the 3rd day someone finally reached out to me (after I filled out 4 forms on their website and tried on 3 different times to chat with someone.) Then I was told I did NOT need a return code and was finally given an address to return it to. The chats kept wanting me to exchange the item. But then the chat said "Please note that once you confirm to receive the replacement instead of a refund, WE CANNOT PROCESS NOR ENTERTAIN A REFUND REQUEST AFTER"!!! (I took pictures of this... couldn't believe I was reading this!! What kind of shady business practice is this?)
I expected better from an American Company and wanted to give them my business. But this return process absolutely should NOT be this difficult. I am now questioning if this really is an American Co. The website says they are located in California. The return address is Miami, FL and the person who called me had broken english.
