No customer service for missing part. Table would be great but missing Allen key. No live chat or phone calls to customer services. Says too busy to join a queue! So how do I get replacement? Delivery time was 6 working days.
Unreliable delivery
First time I order furniture from Jysk. Very disappointed. Promised delivery on 2 occasions and no one showed up. No communication. Poor customer services from both Jysk and delivery company taking long time to respond.
Ordered a bed on 13 April, almost 6 weeks later still waiting for a resolution
Ordered a bed on 13 April. Only sent 2/3 boxes. Ignored emails for days, eventually sat in a phone queue for an hour and was told that a whole new bed was to be sent on 28 April when it was back in stock and I had to reject the 2 boxes I did not need. May arrives, no box. More unanswered email. Sat in phone queue for 1hout 15. Arranged collection and return of useless boxes. Gets collected a few days later, promised a refund in 3-5 working days. 7 working days later, they still have not done it, ignoring emails, customer services closed for the weekend. Absolute shambles, avoid at all costs!

Update: Now randomly cancelled my order, no reason, nothing. Got to be top 3 worse companies I’ve ever dealt with. Hope you go bust.

I am very grateful and the kindness really meant a lot. I have tried to leave the review on your website but you don't have anything that allows you to leave staff appreciation. Your member of staff went the extra mile, I hope you recognise great staff like her.

Went into Lincoln branch today and asked to see a small side table that was displayed on its side on a high shelf. The staff refused to reach it down saying it was strapped to the wall and due to health and safety they couldn’t remove it!!!! I said so how can we see it properly before deciding if to buy it but still refusal to give us ‘Customer Service”. No apology, no empathy, nothing ……..
I managed a major retail store in the past and was shocked at that response. Left the store saying I would purchase elsewhere and I did.
Terrible
I ordered and paid in store for my son’s bed.
Was given a 3 week wait and it was delayed 3 times.
No communication so I went in store to enquire where the staff were very rude and abrupt with the comment “we can’t force the supplier to deliver on time”
When I asked for a refund I was told the bed has been delivered to store and I will receive a text and not to come into store until I have received the text.
Absolutely terrible customer service.
Rude staff
The staff at coventry outlet are very rude and not helpful to customer. They need to do more this is not the first time I'm having the experience

Avoid avoid avoid. Made an order, which was never dispatched. When I tried to follow up, customer services were unreachable both via email and by phone, and there is no simple way to cancel an order. Does this shop even exist? Regardless, a total waste of time.
Poor customer service
Ordered online, email confirmation stated arrival within 8 to 14 days.
On day 9 I received an email saying arrival is up to 20 days.
After 14 days I went instore to see if they could update me approximately, but was told they can't access online orders (in 2026).
Items arrived and were good quality, but one of the handles was damaged.
To find out how to get a replacement, at 3.45pm I tried their online chat which wasn't available, nor was their telephone line though both showed it was open until 5pm. It's also only available on weekdays even though at weekends the telephone number shows "average 10 minute wait" - the same as weekdays.
Three stars is due to the quality of the items but they don't seem to make it easy for us to purchase.
Missing parts
Delivery of two wardrobes was initially delayed from Friday to Saturday (2 May), and then only 7 of the 9 boxes arrived. The missing boxes were the fittings for each wardrobe so neither could be built. A week later, one box has arrived, completely torn apart and the bag of screws, hinges, etc. is missing. So I am still unable to build a single wardrobe. No word of the missing box, customer service won't answer calls and the web chat is offline. No responses to emails as yet. Please help.

Would never buy anything online from jysk. Missed delivery dates, no reply to e mails sent, customer services promise ring back......never happens, telephone line so busy ( people chasing orders/complaining i imagine) that system does not allow you to join queue, and finally, online complaints service is always " offline" . Truly atrocious customer care.
Ordered 4 garden chairs received 6 of the wrong ones
Ordered 4 garden chairs, received 6 of the wrong garden chairs. Called and used the ring back facility as it was a 10 min queue, 12:48 original call made - call back received 14:07.
Advised to store the items in my house until they could be collected which will be between 4 and 6 working days, Advised I can not put them outside and cover them as I am liable for any damage.

Ordered garden furniture. Only 2 of 3 boxes were delivered with nothing complete. JYSK have done nothing to resolve.
Buy cheap buy twice. they were recommended but I wish I have never ordered. Customer service were extremely unhelpful and dismissive
Missing orders
Ordered garden furniture on the 09/04. Everything arrived but 4 of 6 chairs were missing. Took ages to get through to speak to customer services. Most of the time the answering machine tells you that the wait time is too long and they cannot hold more than a certain number in the queue and cuts you off. I have tried to do the online chat and it is always offline. Eventually spoke to a person who advised that they would speak to the delivery company. After me calling back numerous times for an answer, i was told that they had resent the 4 chairs out. This was on the 27/04. I have still heard nothing and still not received my 4 chairs. It has now been 4 weeks since i placed my original order. I tried to call today again and it states that they aren't open until 11am because of a team meeting. However when you go onto their website it states that they are closed Friday at 11am. Not Thursday. Experience has been frustrating and infuriating. Will not be buying from them again and would not recommend them to anyone.
First and last time!
Ordered a bookshelf online with delivery to the nearest store. It’s been over a month now and it’s still “in delivery” status…
If I had ordered it from AliExpress, I would have paid less and it would have arrived in half the time. First and last time!

Ordered a luxury triple wardrobe
Half of the order arrived after 10 days. Chipped and scratched. They didn't even tell us half of it was missing
Fast forward to another 10 days and the rest of the wardrobe arrived. In bits. Scratched and chipped.
Just read the reviews. This company is absolutely bottom of the barrel shite. Go elsewhere. You'd have better luck at the tip
First time purchase
First time purchase. I ordered garden furniture directly from the Stockport store, I was advised of the expected delivery. Received email and SMS when item had arrived and ready to collect. It was arrived earlier which was bonus.
Collection process was good, no issues.
The staff were helpful and friendly.
(I was given inaccurate information about promotion and availability, only found out after I ordered when I checked online, but I has ordered and not missed the offer, because I ordered that day),
Worst shopping experience I’ve had to endure… Stay away
Generally don’t leave reviews, however created an account just to write this.
Needed to contact JYSK UK customer service regarding an issue with an order (through no fault of my own), and had the unpleasant experience of having to speak with a male customer service employee who was belittling and condescending. The employee had a terrible attitude, and could not care less about de-escalating the situation (was sarcastic and dismissive). Hope the company reviews their CS process, although I highly doubt it. This has completely put me off purchasing from JYSK again, and I recommend to anyone thinking about buying from them to avoid (unless you enjoy having to chase the company for updates, and to be disrespected). I would make an official complaint but I did not catch the employee’s name, and honestly, I don’t want to have any further interaction with JYSK anymore.
PS: I can’t review the item in question either as it’s still not arrived after weeks.
