No communication, order a month late...
Has been almost a month since I have been sent a tracking number for my order that does not work. Tried contacting the company, but with no response so far.

Very good company for Korean beauty products
I'm extremely happy with my experience of using this company. I ordered some face masks from here. They were at a very good price and shipped very quickly. I would definitely use them again.

I made my order last July 3
I made my order last July 3. I havent received any updates since then.
Still havent received my order as of today july 15. Tracking number doesnt work aswell. Customer service doesnt want to do anything up until july 19 meanwhile they have taken the payment last july 3

customer service is great
I was unhappy with the customs tax at first, but the company immediately contacted me and made a full refund. I guess because of a misunderstanding between the company and customs. They showed a lot of interest, thank you.

Also, very well packaged, little glass bottles in bubble wrap so they dont break and overall well packaged so nothing was damaged. Highly recommend v organised company thank you! :D

I've brought from K-beauty a few time...
I've brought from K-beauty a few time, never had a bad experience; quick delivery and helpful service but wish there's more range on both skincare and makeup. I'll still give them 5/5 because I'm sure there will be more products in the future.
