K18 Hair Avis 

K18 left my hair in really bad condition and I have had to have a lot cut off and now having to use fake hair pieces until the condition improves. I have fine and frizzy hair so I am really unhappy about the results. It says do not use conditioner on the product in bold which i now hear has been changed by the manufacturer due to similar complaints.

This has been a costly experience as I now have to get my hair cut every month as I couldn't face the amount my hairdresser recommended cutting off, (I have gone from long hair to a bob already due to this product). I have also had to buy fake hair and the product itself.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a beauty product.

I always buy my products on Amazon so can’t say anything about service but products are awesome.

Customer service is absolutely awful. The sprayer broke on a $50 airwash dry shampoo bottle used less than 10 times and I requested a new sprayer only. They said no because it was longer than 90 days! Seriously? I was not trying to get anything free I just want to use the approx $40 of product that is left! Now I have to spend more money and buy a sprayer hoping it will work with the bottle. In sane!! Never again

K18 leave in hair repair mask
Not cheap but very effective after just one treatment on my bleached medium length thick hair that felt like straw. Now silky and shiny!

I have been using k18 for about a year now, I love the repair mist, its expensive but worth the money its helped mt breaking hair so much, I have used shampoo and conditioner im allergic to something in the shampoo but the conditioner im fine with and the results are great

Very disppointed i read other reviews about how great it is and how it doesn't make your hair crispy well all it does is make my hair crispy and wet no improvement I'll think I'll go back to my old faithful and it's not so expensive as well what a waste of money.

K18 Molecular Repair Hair Mask
I have relatively new bleached blonde hair (from 2 year silver/grey transition) and I have used K18 treatment 4 times now and my hair is absolutely not any better. In fact it is definitely more dry, unmanageable & fluffy. I can’t style it as it doesn’t curl like it did. Not at all happy with the results following the instructions. I definitely wouldn’t buy again. I will return to other treatments e.g. Philip Kingsley elasticiser which definitely improved my hair texture and bounce back to my shoulder length hair.
I cannot believe the HYPE, definitely feels like I have been scammed…

Very disappointing experience with K18 customer service.

I contacted K18 on 21 April 2026 to verify the authenticity of a product purchased from a third-party retailer. I provided all requested information (including the retailer link and batch code) and was told the matter had been escalated.

Despite multiple follow-ups, I received no clear update or timeframe. When I asked for an ETA, I was told there was no response from the internal team and that I should “remain patient,” without any accountability for the lack of communication.

In particular, Natassha’s responses came across as dismissive and unhelpful, which made an already frustrating situation worse rather than resolving it.

I have spent hundreds of dollars on this brand, but the handling of this issue has completely undermined my trust. If this is how customer concerns are managed, I will not be purchasing from K18 again.

Clear communication and basic customer respect should not be this difficult.

Jeg har lige modtaget den, og kun prøvet den en gang, indtil nu har jeg kun positivt at sige om K18 leave in, jeg har meget tørt, ødelagt krøllet hår, men efter jeg kom det i håret, er mit hår blev blankt, og føles tykkere, jeg glæder mig allerede til at jeg skal vaske hår igen.

Customer care and service are awful.
Dismissive and extremely unhelpful.

AWFUL! This stuff WRECKED my hair. I followed the instructions on how to use. I have dry hair and this made it 10 times worse! It's became straw like and lifeless. Don't be fooled by the people who keep pushing this product - it is likely they were paid to promote it.
Nothing but a scam. It's also expensive. Please stay away from this vile stuff!

Jeg har brugte dette produkt i 3 uger ,efter deres anvisninger på hjemmesiden. Kan kun sige at det ikke lever op til det de skriver. Jeg har kemiske ødelagt hår. Efter brug er mit hår mere tørt og kruset, ingen effekt på nogen måde spar jeres penge,!! Er virkelig skuffet 😞

This treatment is amazing ! My hair looks so much better in such a short time! I had bleached hair in awful condition and it looks and feels sooo much better! I recommend watching TikTok for instructions on use!

I would give this no stars if possible. K18 Molecular Repair ruined my hair. It became dry, frizz and started snapping off straight after using it. Only used it once. They cannot be contacted using their website contact details. Loads of influences saying the product is great, but they are getting paid. The product is terrible and there is no customer service.

Jeg har brugt K18 i 5 måneder uden nogen reel forbedring af mit hår. Den bløde følelse kommer kun lige efter brug, men forsvinder, så snart håret bliver vasket med shampoo. For mig er produktet fuldstændig uden effekt og ikke pengene værd.

Jeg har brugt alle K18 produkter i et år.
Jeg er virkelig glad for produkterne.
Bruger man produkterne korrekt. Ikke for meget, ikke for lidt, så det helt perfekt!
Jeg har sundt hår og det har jeg altid haft. Jeg er meget kræsen omkring produkter til mit hår. Har prøvet en helt masse forskellige. Jeg går meget op i der ikke må være silikone osv osv.
Synes det dejligt jeg endelig har fundet en serie hvor alle produkter fungere og dufter samtidig! Uden alle muligt alt for dårlige kemikalier!

My hair was noticeably worse after I used it. It was already dry (hence me trying the product) and it made it drier. Definitely won't be purchasing again. I've had better results with products half the price.

For the money it has made my hair so dry. Def do not rate it. Save your money.

I’m rating a 3 only because it did thicken my hair BUT, also fried my hair. Turned it curly with cute ringlets but hair breakage increased. Static was unbelievable, I keep getting shocks off of everything I touched. I also found out I’m highly allergic to this product as well. I ended up getting allergy testing done and found out that this product was the culprit to intense itching and blustering I kept getting on my scalp. The product does thicken your hair but from my experience this product did so much damage to my hair/scalp I will never use again. Also it did increase my hair loss. I truly hope this will help others who maybe experiencing things that I did.

This will make your hair dry, fragile and snap off. It causes damage. I do NOT recommend.
