Listen, I don’t know about this store, but I know about the brand. I’m flabbergasted by the quality of the K18 molecular hair leave-in mask. My hair looks f*ng amazing.

I have midblond, thin, shoulder length hair. I’ve had several spiral curls perms done in my life (last one was 7 months ago). I also used to use the Frieda blonde shampoo and conditioner with lightening (H2O2). I stopped the bleaching about 8 years ago, because I only noticed then that that was why my hair got so dry and unhealthy. And I wanted perms. Of course more damage. I do not want to give up my curls now though. But I also don’t want my hair to be so damaged and in need of care. And I used everything. I went parabenfree, sulfatefree, silicone free, rid of dehydrating alcohols. I got protein treatments. I spent so much money.

And now I used this product. I have the chelator, the detox shampoo and then the molecular mask leave-in from this brand.

I started using K18 less than 2 weeks ago & I can already see a HUGE difference in my hair! It's so much healthier looking; frizz is gone & my post-pregnancy baby hair has finally thickened & lengthened (8 yrs later!) Amazing!

I am honestly shocked by K18’s customer service and their attitude towards a product carrying their brand name. I bought K18 DAMAGE SHIELD Protective Conditioner from TK Maxx in Cork. The bottle contains no instruction whatsoever to rinse the conditioner out. I followed the instructions on the packaging and ended up wearing the product in my hair for the entire day, with extremely heavy and sticky hair. I contacted K18 because I wanted to understand how such a crucial instruction could be missing. Their response was essentially: you didn’t buy it from an authorized seller, so it’s your problem. They refused to check the lot code or confirm whether the product is genuine. What shocked me most is that they didn’t seem interested in investigating the actual product or explaining why the packaging differs from the instructions on their official website. I understand that brands have authorized distribution policies. But when a customer discovers a potentially serious issue with the packaging and usage instructions, I expect the manufacturer to at least investigate it - not simply wash their hands of it because of where the product was purchased. Very disappointing experience with a brand I previously trusted.

Company K18 is a brilliant company to deal with . Never have a problem with purchases or delivery, their products are amazing . I love them

I find my hair looks great when I use the new k18, my only problem is that the shampoo doesn't lather on my hair I have to use another shampoo with it
