Ordered a replacement cover in May, taken money via shopify. No product, website drops off map! Looking at feedback not the only one, who catches up with these serial crims? How can you get money back at all? What part do Shopify play? If they can do this with shopify then it isn't safe and I won't use it again.

K9 Beds, K9 Comfort, Clever Paws Ltd (liquidation). Same directors, Lee and Joshua Bird. Stock of Clever Paws sold to K9 Beds. Absolutely no morals and obviously the parents are as bad as Joshua Bird. Joshua Bird is listed as a teacher on Companies House- great example for kids.

I have spent £128 on a dog bed ordered on 27th May and have chased numerous times as it hasn’t been delivered. The website is no longer available. I’m without any product and down £128. Awful company do not deal with them

They could improve in a number of ways but to sum things up they could learn how to run a business as they don’t have a clue.

would both be good starting points but instead they don’t normally deliver or communicate. Chargeback through the bank is an interesting one as they challenge it even though they don’t send the goods. They expect to keep the money AND send nothing out!! There are no negative reviews on Facebook as they remove them and then block you. They are either taking money knowing they cannot fulfil orders in a timely manner or worse. Under legislation, internet orders MUST be delivered within 30 days unless previously notifies and we ordered on 24 April but they don’t care. Worth notifying Trading Standards about them.

I ordered my dog bed on 11 May and despite emailing them loads of times, l have not heard back from them or received my dog bed.
I am a single person and cannot afford to lose £67 . I thought l was buying my dog a great bed. In reality l have given a company money and received nothing in return.

Lots of good reviews on my dog group so I started looking into ordering. I first contacted this company on FB messenger to see delivery times. I had a quick response to say 1- 2 weeks, so placed my order. The bed was late arriving and I chased a couple of times but had no reply. Once it finally arrived, the cover was completely different to what was advertised. Very loose and badly fitting on the foam and a bad quality, thin, cheap material. Messaged many times, emailed and even emailed the listed company address which was a solicitors, but 0 reply. Finally put in as a dispute with ClearPay and as they didn't reply to them either, I received a full refund. Thank god I paid through there, rather than on my card! All I needed was for them to send me the correct cover, and I would have been happy and they would have kept my money. Terrible to just be ignored and they are getting away with it. Most banks aren't helping at all, leaving people out of pocket. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered a large bed over a month ago, received a confirmation and I've heard nothing since. I have sent numerous emails, tried to contact them via their webpage and heard nothing. It's a complete scam. DO NOT order.
No bed, no reply, no good
I ordered a bed from this company a while ago and got it, although it took its time. I decided to order another, and after 2 weeks of waiting, contacted the company. No reply via Facebook, email or their contact us form. I left it another two weeks.... still no bed. Contacted again, ignored on all platforms. Had my comments deleted from their Facebook posts. I've had tp do a charge back with my bank. Only then did I have a look at recent reviews, wish I had before I ordered. I don't know what's happened with the company recently to cause this.. but I would avoid parting with your money until they sort it out.
Won’t be using this company again
I have two of these beds and my dogs love them, as several others on here have done I decided to order a replacement cover 🤦🏽♀️ 8th May. Still not here no replies from several emails and messages really annoying how can any company run with such poor customer service. Will not use again and now have an XL dog bed with a rip in the cover 🙄

First order was good, then when we ordered new covers they took the money and then nothing happened. No confirmation and no replies to emails or Facebook messages. They seem to be deleting all comments from customers with similar issues on Facebook too

I have 2 orthopedic sofa beds of this company, they are a good product.

Like a fool I re ordered 6 weeks ago, they took my money but up to now, no correspondence no covers.
Their products are good but their customer service is awful, I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN

Complete and utter scam. Not contactable. Take money, don’t post out items. Imagine sleeping at night ripping off thousands of people? No me neither.
Let down by supply issues
I have had 2 large beds and some extra covers from them. To be fair the products are decent - albeit I suspect their ‘10 year guarantee’ as advertised is not worth diddly squat as the image related to it in their adverts is dated before the company was even registered and is no doubt from the earlier ‘liquidated’ company associated to the same people. They do have an issue and let themselves down with delivery though and there are often quite lengthy delays especially for extra covers. I got mine eventually but it was a number of weeks and several emails later. The ‘extra strong’ covers are better than the standard ones but they do chew quite easily (mine has 2 big holes in it within half an hour) so I would say are not really worth the extra cost.

Some weeks later I received an email asking if I was happy with the product, informed them it had not been received and was assured they were just waiting for stock to be delivered. Still not received my order, have requested a refund but not received that either.
