Fabulous customer service. Bracelets shipped very quickly and came just as described on the Instagram page. One of them was slightly large for the wrist and they immediately shipped a replacement at no charge in a smaller size. Could not have been a better experience. Will definitely be back to purchase again.

The many choices and colors were a big part of our choices. It’s sometimes difficult to find smaller wrist sizes. Also, the fact that you sent 2 different sizes of the Big Kahuna for us to choose from was great. Now we need to know if you would like us to send back the one that’s too large or find a ‘fitting’ home for it. Again, thanks so so much🤙🏻wondering if I can buy the screw-in/bolt part for my bracelet. Mine vibrated out while is was mowing and I lost it. It’s for the 7 inch zebra. Thank you. Our local small town hardware store hooked me up with a pin/bolt for my bracelet so I’m back in fashion business!! As for the Big Kahuna, my opinion is that the bracelet itself is just fine. The hardware would seem to be the issue because of the size on a smaller wrist.

Just got my pieces from the Shredding Bettie’s collection and I’m in love! Super cute, fit is great, and I’ve already put mine through the wringer with lake water, dirt, and sunscreen - and not even a hint of staining on the pale yellow cord. 10/10.

The sizing was exactly what i wanted, they have an incredible variety of colors and patterns, the fun names are a nice plus as well. They did a great job at communicating all along the way. After wearing a fe of them for a while now they have held up really well and with just a little scrub in soap the dirt comes right off.

Great quality and handmade with care. Looks great no matter the color And durability is better than any others that are similar. Highly recommend!

GREAT customer service! My package was lost in the mail and Nick was fantastic to work with! He researched with the post office and was concerned the package would never make it to me. So he sent out another one! It arrived with no issues. Quality was great and product looked just like the picture!
