Top quality customer service. Kept it simple when we were buying. Very responsive with instant messaging. We had an issue (fiasco!) with the assembly of nursery and imminent birth under time pressure (no fault of Kaliedy). Jonny (owner) came out quickly, put it together himself on his own time. Lovely fella, can’t thank him enough.

Absolutely amazing service start to finish! John, Rachel & the team are exceptional and deliver old school customer service standards attention to detail, genuine people who helped and guided us - even if the advice they gave wasent the option which gave them the highest profit. Got my full set from here pram, car seat, high seat etc collected it and John went through how it all works and even fitted the car seat into the car and showed us how to do it. Thank you would hands down recommend- especially for first time parents!

Great service, extremely helpful staff.
Bought a buggy a few months ago and turned out to be faulty. Got in touch via email and Rachel was so quick and a pleasure to deal with in getting the replacement sorted.
Would definitely reccomend. Great selection in store and Rachel was so helpful and informative which really helped us speed up the process.

We are delighted with everything we recently purchased from Kaliedy for our baby. We were able to get everything we needed, and the team there - Laura, Ben and John - were super helpful, friendly and sensible with their advice and guidance. Lovely to have beautiful, high quality products to make our home comfortable and welcoming for baby. Grateful that we have such a good baby store, that is both local and Irish nearby to us. Thanks to the whole team there!

Communication is their downfall! Great to see whatsapp support and I know the building they operate out of has horrible cell signal but...

A) don't tell you the date a sale ends
B) don't tell you that some items are not next day delivery but in fact a month until after you buy it
C) tell you to wait and package more items... Even though you already told them you were ready to buy... And cause you to miss a special sale which they can't honor because it's was actually a supplier sale not theirs...
D) tell you vague hints that maybe a sale will come back...
E) then a rude salesman answered irritated as if I was a moron to call over the phone to pay them for a package... Sorry mate I was told that it was the only way to pay... if I paid online why did I bother waiting to packaging items to "save" money oh wait I didn't save money did I !

Maybe if your website accepted bespoke package requests as a special product bundle online I wouldn't have to call you a million times because your building has bad cell signal...

So maybe get a land line... Then add your phone number to your Google page as it's missing.

Really disappointing experience using Kaliedy to buy a bed cot. The item was two weeks late arriving; it was also the wrong colour and had nasty yellow marks on it. Avoid!!

I haven’t purchased my buggy yet as it’s not in stock, but the customer service is amazing. I’ve been dealing with a girl named Rachel & she is fantastic. Always replying and giving the best advice.

Ordered a Maxi Cosi car seat for when my baby arrives in March. I was expecting some delays due to black friday but was pleasantly surprised when my package arrived early.
Also you get a welcome discount when you subscribe to their newsletter which actually worked on an already discounted item. Loved that extra bonus!
Car seat did come in a pretty flimsy box but thankfully was in 1 piece.
