Had to get the measuring tape out to check I wasn't losing my mind. I ordered the 36E strapless bra that has been going viral. The bra is 26inches only. 10inches too small. The cup size is also closer to a C cup. I used to be a bra fitter so I know my bras - and this is not what I ordered. I checked the size guide. I used the convert to double check and everything. Disappointing. Poor quality too. Considering I waited two weeks for it to arrive, the cost, the awful quality, I've just put it straight in the bin.

Avoid this company at all costs.
State goods in UK but actually USA
Goods have never arrived. Tracking states they are in UK but Aberdeen postcode when parcel due at a PA postcode🤷🏼 This company initially took extra money for bras! PayPal stated one price but then they charged £5.15 extra which we did not approve.
When goods didn't arrive requested full refund and all they offered was £5.15 overpayment and kept requesting that we wait a few more days.
Eventually had to raise dispute with PayPal and after the 2 weeks case was closed in my favour and full refund provided.
Disgusting company. So wish I'd checked trustpilot before ordering.
Just glad I always use PayPal for online orders!

I ordered two bras in an offer, after studying the size chart I was sure I had ordered correctly. When they came they did not appear to look like the ones I thought, quality was poor and what was worse they were several sizes too small. I asked customer services how to return for a refund. They ask for pics of the number stuck on the packaging. Then after I sent that I was offered £3 compensation for my order of £20.59,, I will not deal with them again.

Do not order from this company. Their products are horrendous quality and their customer service is appauling. Do not be taken in. No option to return for refund and they offered £5 for a £29 order. Avoid

Received faulty item that is never the size advised. Offered me small reduction and advised to darn the item. Lodged a complaint with Klarna so hopefully won't pay. Finally got the address for return, in China, advised it would be at my cost. Not acceptable as the item was faulty. Still waiting for an amicable resolution. Had to give one star as wouldn't let me leave none.

Dreadful product and customer service non-existent. Do not order from this company. Klarna should not do business with this company as it makes them seem legitimate.

Awful quality product, can’t now see on Facebook to complain and can’t send back without high fees apparently, the whole item would fall apart with one wear, was offered a £1 refund or re-gift it! Absolute joke

The items are fake. They don't send the same thing as they show on Facebook. I have no idea how to return the item I bought. I don't recommend this place to buy at all. Also I waited 4 weeks ti receive it

This company is a SCAM COMPANY and should be totally avoided.
At the point of sale they purport to be a UK and USA based company when in reality they are based in China. Between point of sale and delivery they send a series of e mails which state the goods are being shipped from the USA - the goods are coming from China.
Immediately after the point of sale they send an order confirmation e mail. This e mail confirms you will pay the listed price. What then happens is the company take a much higher payment from your payment source. You only find this out when you check your payment source account and see the higher amount paid. They try to justify the unauthorized higher payment as "tax" and "insurance" (which is illegal).
The company use glossy videos to advertise their goods on both their website and other online portals - the goods shown look to be good quality as would be expected from a UK or USA based company.
The order process uses UK sizes.
What you will receive in goods is nothing like what is adevrtised on their website and at the point of sale. What you will be sent by the company will be rubbish quality and poorly manufactured. The goods are so dreadful they are unusable.
The sizes of the goods sent will likely be wring and even if marked as the size ordered will not be of the right size.
When you challenge the company over the unauthorized over payment they will part refund the over payment but will staunchly refuse to refund all the overcharge so you will have to fight via your payment platform.
When you raise issue with the poor and wrongly sized goods the company will offer a paultry amount of refund and insist you pass the goods on to others. They will also lie claiming they sent correct and quality goods and will fight if you raise dispute via your payment platform.
AVOID AVOID AVOID - you have been warned about these scammers.

SCAM!
Ordered on the 15th April item never arrived. I didn’t recieved a confirmation email or order number at the time of order so unable to contact them with these details. Ordered through Facebook ad which I no longer see for some strange reason. Very disappointing I’m now £19.78 down. I’d wish I read the reviews before purchasing

Awful quality not as advertised and they will offer a full refund of £16.06 if I pay £10.65 tracked postage to china to return it! Case open with PayPal as feel I have been missold the item it was not as described but PayPal not supporting my claim as they are offering a full refund. Do not use I’ve learnt my lesson

Do not buy from this company. The quality of the bras is so cheap. They sent me a faulty bra that had a hole and dirty marks on it. It was costing almost what I’d paid for them to return them. They offered me a measly £10 for the bra . They do not understand the emails sent to them but on reply send to pre- written apology emails that mean nothing. They are a disgusting company living of peoples hard earned money. Worst experience ever. Would not even rate them the1 that I have.

What a waste of money wouldn't have given 1 star. Poor quality, too small anyway yes they are scammers all the way.

This website/company ignores your emails, leaves you waiting for a customer service advisor that never arrives on chat. Won't cancel orders, just happily carries on taking your money as though you haven't said anything.

Scammers. Based in the US even though says UK. Misleading. I did get tracking updates but all three based in Florida. This is part of their scam to look legit. They advertise on Facebook (where I was scammed). Reported to Facebook. Still haven’t received item. Any enquiries take you to a bot that just tells you to be patient. No other way of contacting them. Won’t respond on Facebook. Reporting to PayPal.
If you’re reading this, you’re probably one of the unlucky ones who got burned.

I received my brass today and they are cheap and nasty. They are a horrendous fit. Please don't waste your money. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered them.

Was so tempted for a long time after watching the ads for these bras on fb. Only ordered one thank goodness. Complete waste of money. Far too small, fitted nowhere, rubbish fabric. I also wish I had read the reviews first🤦🏼. Should be reported on fb as a scam.
