I would like to get more shoes

I’m so happy that I was able to purchase a pair of rare Hoka sneakers from Karavel Shoes!! I’ve been searching for this highly-coveted pair of Hoka Kawana Sneakers for the longest time, and I’m so glad that they had my size in stock! Thank you very much for your exceptional & unparalleled assistance, Karavel Shoes!! I will definitely shop with you again soon!! 😊

Was referred here by my orthopedist. Long, careful fitting. After two visits, now have 2 pairs of Hokas with carbon fiber plate inserts, so comfortable and protective. Will return to Karavel the next time I need shoes.

Ease of ordering. Fast shipping. Great communication!

I love the new store. Great location, always the best service and what a huge selection of high quality shoes.

EXCELLENT customer service!!!! I called looking for a pair of shoes that was sold out everywhere else I looked online.. including Hoka’s own website! Luckily, Karavel had my size and got them shipped to me immediately so I could get them in time for a trip a few days later. I got them the VERY NEXT DAY in DFW and paid no extra shipping charge! Next time I’m in Austin, I will seek out this place and buy more shoes from them again! I wish I would have caught the guy’s name, but hopefully he’ll see this review and know how much I appreciated the help. I would have sworn this kind of service didn’t exist anymore!

That's good I like it it's very easy to all about

Not only was I able to find the shoe/color I wanted when everywhere else online was sold out but they also got them to me in record time!

I’ve sent them back too big hopefully there is a smaller size for me. The box was crushed

I ordered the shoes online and they were delivered within 3 days. Easy customer friendly process

The shoes were perfect as well as the delivery. What more could I ask for?

My online order was easy, accurate and fast! Karavel is always the best place for shoe shopping.

The ordering process and the speed at which the shoes were shipped were exceptional

Shoes were in stock and shipped super fast, thank you!

My Feetures socks arrived promptly. Thank you for your great service.

Associates at the store were very helpful in choosing my first pair of shoes. When I bought my second pair online, it was easy. The fit was accurate and I received them quick fast and in a hurry. I will be purchasing my shoes from Karavel from now on.
