First the company is so responsive. My shoes came right away in excellent packaging. I took them out of the box and literally walked all day in them. Perfect fit, so comfortable and received inquiries from people. I purchased red and am looking into the blue now. Absolutely LOVE these shoes! Great experience!

I have four pairs of San Martins. They are of exceptional quality and lovely designs. I have plantar faciitis, so comfort is everything, so I choose the wedge trainers for this reason. I can walk miles in them and I always get compliments. Do buy the protector kit so you can keep them looking great for longer

Exceptional customer service and integrity
I want to commend Sans Matin for how professionally and empathetically they handled an issue we experienced with a pair of shoes purchased for my wife. Unfortunately, a manufacturing defect caused a heel failure that resulted in an injury and discomfort while travelling — obviously not the experience anyone wants.
From the moment I contacted customer service, the response was prompt, transparent, and genuinely caring. Tsholo from the Customer Relations team provided a clear explanation, took full responsibility, and offered a thoughtful solution rather than hiding behind policy. We were given the option of a full refund, but Sans Matin instead proposed sending a brand-new pair made by their new Portuguese manufacturers, along with a £50 gift voucher as a goodwill gesture.
The communication throughout was excellent, the apology felt sincere, and the company clearly stands behind both its products and its customers. It’s refreshing to deal with a brand that values long-term trust over short-term transactions.
Mistakes can happen with any product, but how a company responds is what really matters — and Sans Matin handled this exceptionally well. We’re very happy with the outcome and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them based on their customer service alone.

The sneakers are stylish, beautifully made, and of excellent quality. I receive compliments all the time ~ with many asking “who makes those?” I wore them ALL day long at a convention and they felt terrific. Highly recommend.

I sent an email to inquire about their arrival date and forgotten they were on back order. Tsholo, from customer service responded promptly in a very kind email. Want to complete a return and exchange. They send a label to print rather than a QR code so you have to have a printer. Then normal post office won’t take return as when they scan the label it is not for home shopping returns! Contacted Sans Matin- AI email responses and still waiting to make my return a week later as problem not solved. No communication and no telephone contact details. Poor experience.

Great first experience. I bought some shoes for my wife (typically not in the black friday sale). I was having issues inputting the new customer code (had an error).

Tsholo from their support team was super helpful and had it rectified really quickly. Shoe's were delivered next day too, which was much faster than expected.
