Deceptive practices and unauthorized negative balance
"This service is highly deceptive. They claim to be a virtual card provider, but when my balance was ZERO, they allowed a merchant to charge my account and forced it into a NEGATIVE balance without my consent. When I confronted them, they contradicted themselves—first saying they aren't 'prepaid,' then saying they 'don't provide credit.' They basically force unauthorized loans on users. Beware! Their 'forced collection' model is a trap for customers. Customer support is useless and refuses to fix their system failures."

So disappointed. I ordered my second pair of straps from Karta - eta 6th - 11th Sep. Despite emailing twice and receiving no reply, no order has been received. Don't even do much as offer tracking for the order as a privacy error comes up. Order #6061, if you read your reviews more than your customer emails - could you look into this?

Bought a bottle for my son’s birthday but arrived in dented / ripped box as if it had been dropped. Have constantly emailed customer service, tried live chat and messaged via Facebook and zero reply. Really disappointed as this is a present

Awful customer service. Ordered a bottle on the 24th Jan, website says it was dispatched. Given a Royal Mail tracking number that has been sat at "unable to find this item" for nearly 3 weeks. Have tried emailing, live chat on their website and Facebook message only to be completely ignored. Still no bottle and obviously company have kept the money. Avoid at all costs!

Update 10/2: bottle has arrived finally, but upon opening the package, the bottle has a big dent in the side, the lip of the bottle is all scuffed and the lid is wonky when screwed on. Terrible manufacturing and clearly made cheaply in a hurry. No doubt Karta will now ignore all further emails and attempts to return like they've ignored all emails so far!

Bought the bottle for my husband as a Christmas gift. When he opened the box, the bottle had a dent in it. Tried to return to exchange but website wouldn’t let me due to having purchased it a few weeks earlier. Sent a form on their website with photos but heard nothing back. Useless customer service. Bottles unstable, may be due to the dent but appears I’ve paid nearly £50 for a gimmick that’s now just like any £2 water bottle.

My second order from Karta! Such an amazing product (even if it does bring a lot of attention 👀)! My gym ended up scrapping their bar Jack so my new bottle fits the job perfectly! Decided to buy a secondary bottle as a gift! I had to talk to customer services regarding a slight issue, this was corrected within minutes of sending my email, and was dealt with far better than I’d have imagined! Amazing product and Amazing customer service (thanks again Pete!)

Het is een mooie degelijke fles, maar voor verzending Nederland heb ik nog douanekosten moeten betalen en de drinkdop moet blijkbaar aparte besteld worden, waardoor ik de Kartabottle nu niet optimaal kan gebruiken omdat de drinkdop nu uitverkocht is.

I bought a bottle to be shipped to Spain. No mention of paying extra import duties at checkout but when it arrived I had to pay another €18, bringing the total to €75. Not worth it.

I gifted this water bottle to my husband and he loves it!

bottle is great! However, it could benefit from a wider base for more unstable surfaces (or an add on component that's wider)

Excellent quality. Remarkable how cold it keeps drinks. The sports lid is a must when buying the Karta bottle. I never have to struggle again putting weights on the bar, but most importantly taking them off. Class product, can’t wait for more colours

Haven't received it yet but the "free shipping" claim is bs, I needed to pay the courier 15EU in order to actually receive it...
