Be careful everyone they are looters and dodgy . They posted me totally different suits and never answered my call and msgs because they have by purpose sent me the different suits.they want make money they are not trustworthy never ever order online and never trust them

A fraud company,
Don't order or later keep trying to contact them.
I ordered with only one suits to check there quality and service but I found it same as s**t as not customer service available and fake contact number was given in the website also no response on WhatsApp number too.
I have received my order today and whole shirt came with black marks on also missing next patch and now I can't get through with this company.
Couple of email also been sent out for refund but no response.
Please don't waste your money and hassle and stress.

Disappointing Experience with Kashaf.Pk

I recently placed an order for 3 dresses with them and the total came out to be around 29,000 PKR with stitching. However, I decided to pay an additional 11,000 PKR on top of that, hoping for them to expedite the order.

Their WhatsApp response was very prompt prior to receiving the payment. But, after the payment, I was left high and dry. No updates, no communication, no response whatsoever. It was like they had just taken the payment and forgotten about the order.

As someone who was living abroad, I was relying on them to deliver dresses on time, especially since I had an urgent function to attend to.

I would advise potential customers to think twice before placing an order with them.

As at the time of writing this review, I've received ZERO communication, ZERO refund, and ZERO dress after payment.

I ordered 3 dresses worth PKR 15,100 from Kashaf.pk expecting good quality, but my experience turned out to be extremely disappointing.

Before delivery, their team was very responsive. However, as soon as I received the parcel and paid cash on delivery, their attitude completely changed. When I contacted them for a return due to poor quality, they started delaying responses and avoided sharing a proper return address.

Eventually, I had to send the parcel back myself using the sender address mentioned on the package, which cost me an additional PKR 900 (Lahore to Faisalabad). Even then, they did not cooperate. They didn’t pick up calls from the delivery service and refused to receive the return.

The products are clearly 𝐥𝐨𝐰-𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐬, which was never mentioned on their website. This is misleading and unacceptable.

They are doing 𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐮𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐬 by selling poor-quality replica items without proper disclosure and then avoiding returns.

𝑫𝒐 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒐𝒓𝒅𝒆𝒓 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒅𝒖𝒄𝒕𝒔 𝒇𝒓𝒐𝒎 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒔𝒆 𝒔𝒄𝒂𝒎𝒎𝒆𝒓𝒔. I strongly advise everyone to stay alert and avoid Kashaf.pk.

They have every clothes at a high price and the quality of clothes is very bad before getting teh order they were responding too quick but now when i am saying to return they are reading and listening my messages but not responding. Before the order they said that order will be returned after getting it in 7 days but they just dont replies in 7 days their number gets turned off and i would prefer not buying from them. They are scammer.
