Great quality, came in 11 days to Europe. Would buy again

Ordered 3 wigs with a total of ~150$ in middle of December. They were marked as shipped 3 days later, but all the tracking showed up until 19th of January was that information about a parcel had been provided.
I wrote two mails with some days inbetween, got no answer. Opened a Paypal case a few days later and no answer either. No items arrived, so I'm forwarding it to the PP customer service to force a refund.

It's ridiculously bad (nonexistend) customer service and tbh Kasou is not worth the trouble of waiting and maybe never receiving anything. Better rely on cheap Taobao character wigs or make the wigs from scratch with quality brands like Arda or Coscraft.

Phenomenal quality, amazing prices. Best wig shop I've ever found, and customer service is amazing. As someone who has been cosplaying for over 10 years, I'd order from them over any other retailer, just know that they are a very small team and overseas, so order with plenty of time. It's no use buying fast shipping if the wig needs 30 days to process.

I truly recommend ignoring the bad reviews, because while here there are a couple of those, they have tens of thousands of happy recurring customers such as myself.

I was enticed by people's TikTok reviews of their wig quality and build, so I bit the bullet and decided to buy two wigs from them for a convention that is happening at the end of March. This happened in the middle of February. In the beginning of March, two weeks after I placed the order, I noticed that they haven't updated my order even though the website advertised that it would take up to three business days to ship out. I sent an email asking when it would be shipped out. Keep in mind that I also paid for DHL Express shipping, which it was pricey in itself and according to their website, this is the fastest shipping option where it would take less than two weeks to get to it's destination.

Two days after my initial email, I received a reply from them and they replied stating my address left to order is undelivable because according to their email, "DHL company added a lot of undeliverable areas continuously since 2023." I thought their reasoning is ridiculous because I still receive packages via DHL from online businesses in 2024. They offered to ship it through regular post service or refund my order, so I replied back to them that I would like them to refund my order since it was so ridiculous that I had to wait two weeks to later find out that my order can't be shipped! I filled a dispute via PayPal for a refund.

After my recent reply, I haven't heard anything back from them or gotten my refund for almost two weeks. Then suddenly, just two days ago, I received an automatic email from Kasou Wigs my order has been shipped through regular post service even though I paid for DHL shipping AND asked for a refund. Since the convention is coming up soon, I'm probably not getting my order in time even though I ordered it 6-7 weeks in advance!

If you want to know what terrible customer service looks like, it's them. Don't even consider ordering from them. Kasou Wigs are nothing but liars and thieves that only want your money.

I ordered and my order didn't arrive. When I asked where the order was after more than a month, there was no answer. Only after a long search did I find out that my address apparently couldn't be found and the order was sent back to the seller. The customer service is a joke. I almost spammed him completely and only after a month did I get an answer that they would send me the goods again, but I've still been waiting for the wig for almost 2 months and I just can't get my money back. Ordered somewhere else!!!

Ordered on 29.12., package arrived to Finland on 19.01.

The wigs are great quality ! Soft and well structured (combs in the front and back, atleast in shorter wigs)
They also included a free wig with my order !

So the shipping takes a bit of time but I think the wait was worth it. I would suggest using the shipping companys own tracking, rather than the link Kasouwig gives you, it is more accurate (:

I wrote back about how I actually didn't want the wig anymore (an honest mistake on my part for not thinking it through more!). I would have accepted it if I just got the wig or would have returned it after the christmas time, however I didn't even get a respone. Neither through email or the websites inbox. But I did get many informations about how my order was soon to be shipped.

It was actually quite a miracle that I got a message right on christmas about my payment being refunded. I still didn't get any answer to any messages but I guess after all the comments here saying they're a scammer.. it was quite interesting to find a refund in my messages!

Wig arrived on time, good quality, sort of expensive but that is expected of good wigs.

I used to love this company so much. I was really happy with the quality of their wigs, they shipped promptly, and had great customer service. I'm not sure if they ever recovered after the pandemic. My last order never shipped and I had to get a refund through PayPal. I heard they're under new management, and the business has really suffered because of it.

I use to order from them all the time until recently they've stop responding to my emails and inbox. Also noticed that their Instagram is gone. Seems like I'll never receive my wig now. It's unfortunate because they're the only wig shop I know that has gradient dyes but I've learned my lesson and will never shop there again.

Honestly, I did get a good couple wigs from Kasou 2 months ago, so i reordered and now- there is no response whatsoever from their customer service, and the tracking still isn't updating at all (its been almost a month). I would love to give a 5*, but this recent experience makes me doubt that I'll ever even receive my package.

PS: did let them know, if it was a post service error, that I would understand if they simply told me so, but no response regardless.

I ordered my wig more than a month ago, and my tracking hasn't updated at all. The post service they use refuse to help you and don't answer their mails, just like KasouWig doesn't answers theirs. I've sent 9 mails so far, and haven't had a single reply.

When I was having an issue with the order process, I sent them a mail and they could answer then. It's once they have received their money that they disappear and basically rob you. I've paid quite a lot for this wig, and the fact it just never seems to arrive frustrates me beyond, surely when they don't send you a single mail back.

Their whole website promotes "smooth communication", but that's the biggest lie I've heard. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS!

I bought my first 2 wigs from them in 2011 back on ebay. Then again recently, two new wigs. I love the wigs, they offer amazing blonde wigs, what you see on the pictures is what you get. The quality of the wigs is also good, natural shine (not a cheap plastic shine), quality fibers and enough wefts. It's my favorite wig shop.

They send the packages with way slower companies than they advertise. I ordered 25 days ago with DHL, what promised to arrive in about 7-10 days. Now 20 days later still no package, the customer service ignores my mails and I don’t get any money back whatsoever even tho I paid extra for the faster shipping. I am so annoyed and sad, I do not recommend this wig store.

Kasou Wig used to be on Etsy but things happened and now they have their own website. I can say the customer service I've been provided with over a few years have been satisfactory. The one wig I bought was for Asuka Langley Soryu and it's my favourite wig!! It's very soft, the styling job was done great and the cap of the wig sits on you well. I wish I could upload a photo with this review but I'm definitely looking forward to buying a wig off Kasou again. <3 Love love
