We do list the sizing clearly on the product page, including the size chart and that our T-shirts are designed with an oversized fit.
If you prefer a more standard fit, we’d recommend sizing down next time.

You placed your order on the evening of 16th April (8:30pm), which was dispatched the following day on Friday 17th.
At checkout, you selected Royal Mail Tracked 48, which is a 2–3 working day service rather than a next-day option. Based on that service, your delivery timeframe is still within the expected window.

Poor quality over priced
Poor quality over priced , I bought some fleeces for my self and the wife , both continue to bobble and look worse after every wash , my Sherpa fleece is the same also the pockets are to small I can barely get my hands through, also I bought about 8 pairs of the boxer shorts a few months ago and already 2 pairs have holes in and others have stitching coming away ,really disappointing ,I like the products but the quality isn’t there

Sorry to hear this, You should have emailed us directly with your order number and photos of the issues so we can properly look into it.
We can only review and support with faults if they’re reported to us within our warranty window, and with the correct details. Without that, we don’t get the chance to assess what’s gone wrong or put things right.

Quick delivery and great quality item
Order was quickly processed and delivered in a couple of days. Garment was great quality, was a present for my son who now has several pairs of boxers used for sports.

Not very helpful with sizing
Not very helpful with sizing. They do state that sizing is snug but boys boxers having to be stretched 6 inches to fit is too extreme. Couldn’t get over boys calf so thinking they were made incorrectly but Kecks have a policy of no return for underwear so they are not willing to move on this even though the error is their end. Good luck with sizing

Sadly awful quality went bobbly after first wash …
Awful quality for the price went bobbly after the first wash followed washing instructions too the hoodie is very warm and comfortable it’s quite a thick fabric so I’ve worn this most of the winter but bobbling was absolutely awful 😢

The colours are bold and vibrant. The cut and length are good. The fit is spot on.
However...
Printed polyester looks good.
But leads to schweddy bawls
They're good base layer shorts though... Just not boxers....

We actually offer a few different fabric options depending on what you prefer. Our printed pairs are a polyester performance fabric, but we also do cotton and our Breeze range which is lighter and more breathable, so you can pick what suits you best day-to-day.
Totally get they won’t be for everyone, but glad they’re working for you as a base layer.

Slow delivery
Slow delivery. Paid for 24hr delivery ordered on Thursday evening didn't receive package until Tuesday afternoon. May as well have saved myself the extra money and gone for standard delivery.

Orders placed after 3pm are shipped the next working day, so your order placed Thursday evening was dispatched on Friday. You selected Royal Mail Tracked 24, which is a 24 hour aim but not a guaranteed next day service, especially over weekends.
We do offer DPD next day as a guaranteed option, but we understand your point and will take this on board.
