I’ve ordered multiple times from Keebmat, I have all the sizes of felt mats in various colors. The quality is amazing, they replied within minutes to my questions, the shipping was tracked all the way to me. They ship in these cute little bags that I can store my mats when not using them. Even got some coasters as a present :)

Ghosted by client service

Tried to order two mats, but there's no direct shipping to my country. I reached out twice to check if I could use a US based mail forwarder or get direct delivery. They admitted forgetting to reply to my first message, and after the second one, they simply ghosted me. Terrible communication.

The worst customer service ever

The worst customer service ever. I have been getting snarky, sarcastic and rude emails because they didn't like my review. My issue was non delivery which they blamed on the postal strike. And then blamed me for not following tracking etc. however, I did follow tracking, I ordered before the notice about a postal strike, and I noticed on the tracking it took almost 4 weeks to leave China. Therefore, it wasn't the postal strike was it. Instead of being friendly, which would have had me change my review once the item was recieved, I was met with hostile emails, rudeness, and a failure to understand customer service, means not attacking your customer base.

To clarify the facts:
- We upgraded your shipping to UPS at our expense when the initial delay occurred
- You left a 1-star review claiming non-delivery while the shipment was in customs clearance processing (!)
- The package was successfully delivered on December 30th
- The delays were caused by the Canadian postal strike and holiday congestion

We take customer service seriously and went above and beyond by covering the shipping upgrade cost and contacting you the moment we saw your unnecessary negative and untrue review. Your repeated 1-star reviews after delivery appear retaliatory, especially given our efforts to expedite your order and keep you informed.

These reviews do not accurately reflect either the delivery status or our attempts to resolve the situation.

Great product, great service

The communication on the status of my order was excellent. I am currently deployed and received the items fast and with no issues. The two keebmats are really well constructed and the materials look and feel premium. I highly recommend these to anyone looking for a high quality minimalist keyboard mat.

Great product and great service

I ordered a Keebmat and received it in the delay; the process was flawless. I later had a small size issue, and the customer support was excellent, excellent communication and human answers, and they found a solution promptly. I can't recommend this shop enough. A+ service

Uneven layering in the corner causing…

Uneven layering in the corner causing the middle layer to stick out and make the mat look bad from the bottom which is where it primarily matters.

These little mats are fantastic

These little mats are fantastic. Really loving the clean look of my desk and an amazing minimal aesthetic — without compromising the feel and sound of a good deskmat. Going to be great for my stream setup and will need to pick up more for my wife’s desk! The variety of sizes is also great for the variety of different keyboard enthusiasts.

This mat is wonderful

This mat is wonderful! You can move it where ever you it need or throw it in your backpack to take to the office. It's made of quality material and looks/feels like it will last for a very long time. I had a slight problem with shipping, emailed customer service and they had the delivery issue resolved in one day.
