Much the same as the other reviews. Awful quality and I too thought I was supporting an Irish company. Very annoyed and by the looks of things there is no hope of a refund. Total scammers.

Ordered 8th September it's now 25th September, NO DELIVERY! I usually always use PayPal in case of come backs but I believed reviews on their website, should have goodled them to see the truth it's a sham site claiming to be in galway... Don't think I'll see my items or money again..the same item was less than half price on temu .tried to email but their site is gone.

Item arrived 2 weeks later. I ordered medium 10/12 but it was only about a size 8 & very poor quality. I thought I was ordering from a Galway company but it was from China!!! I foolishly believed them when told to return it, TO DUBAI, for a refund. I’m still waiting & not even getting a reply to emails now. Checked the PO tracking no & told it was refused at the address 😡🤬

Absolute scammers! Don’t be fooled by the beautiful pictures, product received is very bad quality coming from China. Delivery took 2 weeks. Now they wouldn’t respond to my emails trying to find out how to return this crap

I live in Ireland this isn’t an Irish company.
Jumper arrived. Poor quality. Sent email requesting a refund, no response 😡

In my case it was Kelly-Kildare clothing masquerading as Irish Website. Reporting this scam website to Garda. Should be ashamed of themselves selling clothes with fake photos & extortionate prices!

Kelly-Kildare Top arrived today, what a disappointing experience, 2 weeks delivery time then turns out to be cheap, some sort of nylon man made fabric with a pattern pretending to be wool! Nothing like they jumper pictures on their website pictures. The QR code enclosed with awful top opens to a pump selling company! My final part of order arrived this week, one month after order made. Very disappointing quality of clothing

This company gives the impression it is Irish from Galway...it is NOT! Items are sent from China. Dress and jacket were shoddy, poor materials, not wearable.Quality is the worst I've ever seen. Do NOT be caught out. I've emailed to enquire re refunds and returns and a week later still no reply!! As previous author mentioned, review first before ordering.

BEWARE SCAM WEB COMPANY. This company is a complete scam. Goods came straight from China. I thought I was supporting irish. Took 4 weeks to come. What I got was tat and rubbish quality. Very disappointed

Oh why didn’t I research site first??? Like others I thought I was supporting a Galway business. Realised after weeks that order comes from China. Received order and it’s nothing like item on website. BEWARE . Have been trying to email for a week. Now am getting message to say cannot be delivered!!!!

Totally misleading website. Looks like it’s Irish but came straight from China. At least with Shein/Temu you know what you’re getting and the price reflects that. Bought a cardigan for €40, took weeks to come and arrived with no refund instructions/delivery docket. The cardigan itself has no tags on it at all. No sizing, not what it’s made from, no washing instructions, nothing. Won’t be ordering again

If I wanted to order something from China I would've ord it from there myself at a much better price . Advertising gives u impression its an irish company and was trying to support local. Bad quality overpriced clothing. Should be ashamed of yerselves .

If I could give zero I would. To start the dresses I bought were falsely advertised as 100% cotton they arrived and are 100% polyester. They also were shoddily made
I emailed to ask about returning and was told I could keep them and just get 20% back ( it was suggested I gifted them to friends/family) or return to China. I didnt trust that they would refund after paying £25 return postage So I asked for the 20% refund. I have sent multiple emails and not received a response. This is not a good way to conduct business. I will be ensuring I don't by from this company again and will make sure everyone I know is made away.

My complaint still stands. I interestingly the website no longer exists. I was given an alternative email address as follows info@ maisondememoires .com. This doesn't exist either. I sent multiple emails to advise that I would rather ha e a partial refund as the return cost (back to China) was excessive. My order number was 63759114644 and I out of pocket to the value of £53.91. I reiterathat I will never purchase from a company like this with no moral values and false advertising

Ordered from this crowd. Looked for a refund, the 2 items have not even been delivered yet. I am told they are coming from Dubai. My bank said the payment was taken in the UK. I am thinking Shein and Temu quality but with a high price tag. This site is to be avoided at all cost. I will be asking the Guards if I can out these with a public post on Facebook, Instagram, Tic Tok, and all other social media platforms. I don't know if I will get what I purchased but have been denied a refund. I was told to wait until I receive goods, then return to Dubai at my expense. I don't trust them as they could say that they never received items back. My bank will be looking for a refund. I have to go to the guards to get a form stamped because of the misrepresentation of this site. I encourage others to do the same. The laws on these fake websites should be enforced, no wonder people are getting caught.

A total scam , I ordered runners 8 th August , no sign of them, I keep emailing me and they keep apologising, thought I was ordering from a company in Galway

I have definitely been scammed by this fake website. I ordered a jumper and foolishly thought it was coming from Galway, however after waiting 21 days it finally arrived from China ,the garment was such poor quality a pure rag. It was going to cost me €16.00 to post to warehouse in Dubai. I will just bin it.

I ordered last Wednesday ie 5 days ago. I can't track my order, I thought it was coming from a family business in Galway, more fool me for not doing the research first. .

Total rubbish. Ordered 2 jumpers. I have no idea what they are made from but am certain no wool involved. No labels and look like rags.

I have noticed a few more of these sites popping up. Avoid! AVOID!!!
