So I have to say that prior to delivery I had planned on giving a lower star rating, if asked, as from order to delivery took a couple of days short of four weeks (with no personalised engraving) this in itself would not have been such an issue but managing my expectations via direct emails or even notifying at time of order on the website would have resolved my concerns. Whilst waiting, I emailed the info@ email and used the chat box on the website, each time to be told that my order was still at the factory but planned to be dispatched the next week. This happened three times and when chased I was told it would be another week. Seems like a simple fix to me? (as a small business owner myself!)
But, regardless of my customer 'journey', now that I have my bracelet, I am absolutely delighted. The quality of the engraving on silver is simply stunning and fits perfectly as a statement piece which I wear with pride.

I had to call the company to clarify the sizing of a bracelet I was planning to purchase. The patience and friendliness of the person who answered the call made me purchase the bracelet immediately. When it arrived, in the beautiful box, I was really really pleased with it. The bracelet was purchased for a 50th birthday present and i am c certain the recipient will be as awe struck with it as i am.
