All items are cheap and miss represent

ordered several items from this company. One watch never arrived, and another arrived broken. They offered no explanation, no replacement, and no communication. The products received did not match what was shown on their website. This is clear misrepresentation. Companies operating like this should not be allowed on online platforms.

I ordered two of the hidden compartment…

I ordered two of the hidden compartment shelf. When they came, they look nothing like their ad. One won’t even stay closed both have misplaced and crooked attachments to attach it to the wall. They came unfinished just primed white. One of them is coming apart at the seems false advertising. definitely would never buy anything from this company again.

Outstanding Service

I ordered the “silk” hydrangeas through Pinterest. I mistakenly thought that a company that was on Pinterest sold quality products. I paid almost $100 for these hydrangeas and they don’t look even close to how they look in the picture. Some of the pedals fell off in the shipping. They don’t even look real. Based on the reviews, I have a feeling that I’m screwed. I should’ve (like I usually do) read the reviews before purchasing; lesson learned.
I really feel duped and am very disappointed.🫤

Since writing my disappointment in my purchase, Kenkoda stepped up and gave me a partial refund and asked that I keep the hydrangeas rather than return them.
OUTSTANDING Customer Service and Marketing.

IT’S GARBAGE, STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY

Product was nothing like pictured, false advertising at its finest! customer support will not give me a return label, offered me $20, I payed $83 really??? It’s GARBAGE and didn’t receive the described item.

I did NOT accept your partial refund, only a full refund.
BOTH products were damaged and provided proof, only one came with a STRING of lights and neither came with the globe light displayed on the website. I did not receive anything like advertised on the website!

STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!

DO NOT ORDER!!

Absolutely terrible products and customer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!

Completely misleading advertising of the products, the products are not worth a dime.

Customer service offered no solution and in fact, they were quite rude!
A complaint has been filed with The Federal Trade Commission.

They offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee which is also misleading and NOT honored.

The 2 fern plants that I thought I was ordering turned out to be 2 scraggly stems, NOTHING like the advertisement! ;-( UGHS! I thought they would be baskets you shake out and hang = watch out for the false advertising!!

Amazing customer service!

There was an issue with my initial order, but when I wrote Kenkoda support about it, a sweet girl named Joy wrote back, apologized and sent me the correct order free of charge! Very amazing customer service, and very cute and comfortable jeans! :) Thanks for the great experience!

The package is broken

My ruler arrived broken and the company refused to send a replacement. Instead, they issued a refund, which was quite disappointing. I would've preferred to receive a new one.

The bag is very beautiful

I bought a $40 handbag and I've very pleased with it. It's beautiful, great quality and almost identical to the ones I'd find in-store. I'm satisfied!

Rip off Kenkoda

I ordered a starburst clock. On the advert it looked stunning. However it arrived as a self assembly kit with straws and glue-gunned jems that my 5 year old could have done better. One assembled the pieces fell out. Absolutely awful. This is a company that has a glossy web page but the products are awful.

I ordered several items from Kenkoda, they almost all arrived broken or damaged and the photos of the items do not correspond at all to what I received.
It is a site of thieves and scammers!
I do not recommend it!

Not worth 1 star!!

Not worth 1 star!!! I received all 3 items that I ordered. It took forever to get the items! It's false advertisement as none of the items I purchased even came close to looking like their advertisement pictures. This is totally a scan so DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY!!!! I spent $159 and all 3 items are so cheaply made and not of good quality. This was a total disappoint. Shame on this company to taking advantage of folks money.
