Kent Bespoke Shutters Avis

The whole process was smooth and very professional. From Rob doing the measure and quote with great advice for all options. When it came to pricing there was no gimmicks or special offers etc just very fair clear pricing. I had other quote and the salesman said he would lose his commission and reduce the price especially for me. Came across as a wheeler dealer. Gave me prices before even measuring!!. The price was still much more than kent shutters. The fitting and quality of the shutters is amazing. I can find no fault. Fitter worked very cleanly and efficiently. The product is perfect. Thank you Thank you Thank you. Love the finished effect.

Great service. The shutters are beautifully made and installed with care. We would happily recommend.

Great service from measuring up to installation. We are extremely pleased with our beautiful shutters, they've really transformed our rooms. We would 100% recommend Kent Bespoke Shutters.

We have had shutters installed on all windows (12), including the patio doors. Rob was very knowledgeable and helpful. The quote was provided during the visit. After we accepted the quote, KBS provided temporary blinds for free while waiting for the shutters to arrive. The price and quality offered was very competitive. The installation date was 3 months after the first visit. The KBS team was punctual, tidy and the work well planned throughout. The shutters are elegant and minimal, exactly what we were looking for. We could have not asked for more!

Kent bespoke shutters were excellent in my recent fitting, the shutters are very high quality, rob was an excellent fitter - quality service!
Would recommend to whoever was considering having shutters use kent bespoke shutters 👍

Highly recommend…excellent/competitive price, great communication and really pleasant to deal with. We are over the moon with our shutters. Thank you!

Absolutely fantastic company. From start to finish, friendly, honest and very professional. We have had all our house fitted with shutters and can honestly say that the shutters are high quality, and finished to a high standard.Rob and his staff are amazing. I would 100% recommend this company over and over again.

Sales process was excellent from start to finish. Shutters were installed quickly and to a high standard. Very happy and would buy again.

Had shutters fitted at my property this week and am very happy with both the quality of the shutters and the installation.
Very professional company from start to finish .

I can’t recommend Kent Bespoke Shutters enough. The entire experience from quote to fitting was perfect. There was no pressure to buy but they were by far the cheapest of the companies I got quotes from. In my measuring appointment, all my options were explained clearly and I fully understood what I was getting.

The fitter was lovely, very respectful of my home and the finished product looks amazing. I had shutters fitted into a square bay and they look like they’ve always been there. Small touches like lining the shutters up with each window pane really make a difference to the finished look.

I will definitely use KBS again for any further shutters and would 100% recommend.

Had our shutters fitted yesterday by the amazing Chris and Rob. Chris arrived on time and he was very considerate in everything he did even to the point of wearing slippers. He worked the whole morning and was ready for Rob when he arrived at mid-day. They then worked together completing the upstairs shutters and then the large patio door shutters. They removed all the rubbish.
The final finish to each window is superb and we cannot recommend them highly enough.
We had received 2 other quotes before we settled on KBS and are really pleased we decided to use them.
From the initial meeting and quote to the fitting yesterday we have absolutely no complaints.

Absolutely brilliant job by Rob and his team. Two porthole windows - neither exactly round, nor the same size. Now with perfect shutters. They look great. Thank you.

From the first contact, initial meeting, measure-up and quotation to the installation our expectations were exceeded. It was a pleasure to deal with Kent Bespoke Shutters and we would certainly recommend them.

Having looked at a few other providers we choose Kent Bespoke Shutters. From our first meeting with Rob his knowledge is excellent and he shared his thoughts on what would go well with our property. We were kept updated throughout the process, the installation was great and we are delighted with the shutters. Don’t go anywhere else !

Great products and excellent service. At the initial meeting
Rob was very professional and informative. His input really helped us decide what was best for us.
Chris carried out the install, which went very smooth. We would highly recommend Kent Bespoke Shutters.

My wife and I are so happy that we chose KBS for our shutters. Rob gave us all the information we needed with an air of confidence that made us feel we were in safe hands. When it came to the install Chris clearly knew his stuff and was very considerate even down to his indoor footwear (slippers). Fitment was very fast and our new shutters look amazing! He even took our old blinds away for disposal saving me a job.

If you’re looking for a quality product, designed and delivered to perfection then we highly recommend you speak to KBS.

Can't recommend them enough! Top quality product delivered by such a professional local company! From start to finish the whole process has been brilliant. Rob came along to quote, no hard sell, just useful information to guide you to your final choice. Chris came yesterday to fit, the tidiest fitter ever! Even came with his own slippers (apologies from spaniel Arch as he thought you had brought him a new toy!) And Chris took away all the packaging. Not forgetting Kate as well for superb communication! Pleasure to do business with you all!

Man came on time, put on slippers to keep my house clean.Took down existing blinds and took them away and cleared up all the rubbish.First rate job from start to finish

I rarely leave reviews good or bad but I felt compelled to write and say what a fantastic experience we enjoyed from start to finish with Kent Bespoke Shutters.
Rob and his team deserve praise for their service level, systems, protocols and execution of their business.
From first introduction at quoting to todays installation, I cannot fault any part of the process.
The price was unbelievably competitive, the product exceptionally good quality and the excellent installation by the lovely, polite and tidy Chris today… all top notch.
Thank you for your friendly, reassuring and professional approach throughout.
Faultless !
