Great company from start to finish, we’re really happy with the voiles fitted and are looking forward to the plantation shutters being fitted next 🤩

This is the second time I have used Fraser James and on both occasions it has been a really good experience. The rep who did the survey was very friendly and helpful. The fitter was on time and did a really good job. He cleared up all his mess and took away all the packaging etc. Will definitely use again in the future.

From start to finish this process was seamless - Ned fitted the shutters today and they look amazing !!!!

Friendly and helpful staff with a great choice of blinds and all done in the comfort of your own home plus great value for money.

We had our media wall installed by Ned & Kiffa and couldn’t be happier with the finished result.

From start to finish, they were professional and made sure the media wall was designed exactly as we requested, rather than just going with a standard, regular-looking design.

The quality of the finish is excellent and the finished media wall looks absolutely amazing. Everything was completed to a very high standard, and they cleaned up thoroughly afterwards with no mess left behind.

Truly professional, excellent workmanship and a fabulous finished product. Would definitely recommend

Excellent service from quote to install. Everything done efficiently and tidily by Ned, Kenzi and Zac and the outcome a wonderful improvement to our home.

Just one thing that does not detract from my recommendation - I absolutely dislike having texts to tell me about install dates about which having paid in full I am fully aware. More so that they threaten that if I dont respond they might not turn up! Especially when FB has been paid a lot of money upfront. Please stop doing this! 🙂

Not too keen however on their robust demand for 100% payment totally upfront before fitter turning up.

Straight talking quote and explanation of options, drawings illustrating what our choices would look like, colour samples for our use, in making ready for the install.

Really pleased with the result overall, meets our expectations.

Roy came in May to measure up for cafe shutters in our bay window. Explained all types of shuttering, slat sizes etc. No rush or pressure salesmanship. Measured everything very precisely as windows and sill not level. Very pleasant. Gave us a10 - 12 week fitting time.

12 weeks later Ned came to fit the shutters. Again very pleasant. Told us it would take about 2 hours to fit, which it did.
Fitted PERFECTLY. Could not be happier.
Would highly recommend Fraser James blinds to anyone thinking of shutters , and any other window covering!
