We just had our shutters fitted from frazer James,Ned fitted 4 windows and they look amazing ,Ned done a fantastic job tidy all the packaging away and took away from our house the finish is perfect we would definitely recommend frazer James so glad we choose them

This will be the 3rd time we have used Fraser James Blinds and they never disappoint. From initial enquiry via email the process was very fast, friendly and professional.
Roy once again was helpful with all the samples requested and very friendly and pleasant.
Prices are competitive in today's market, the quality is excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team and we will be using them again later in the year.

The perfect fit blinds do not seem to be the same quality of product as the shutters & curtains I have had previously so am concerned as to their longevity.
Roy the estimator pleasant, efficient & helpful as ever as were the office staff but unfortunately the fitter less so

Ned and Justin carried out the installation of my shutters. From arriving they conducted themselves with a professional work ethic.
I liked how they greeted me by introducing themselves. Which in my opinion shows that they are trustworthy. I was impressed how they were friendly, approachable, polite and easy to talk too. Worked nonstop till they finished.

Really pleased with Frazer James. From start to finish, the whole experience went smoothly. I was updated about when my conservatory blinds would be available and a fitting date was made available that suited me.
Lindsay arrived on time and before I had time to make him another coffee, had finished the fit! All completed quickly, efficiently and tidily. The blinds have transformed a bleak looking conservatory into a homely, warm feeling space.
