Correspondence with them was good to, get the exact colours we wanted and pleasant when I complained about something, which I later had to admit to them I had got wrong.

Then the tilt on the blind wasn't working, only 5 months later. I enquired about it, sending a video of the problem, and received a prompt response telling me how to fix it, very easily.

Easy to order online but unfortunately my husband did not measure them properly so were unable to use them which was a shame for they looked very good

Delivery service of our order was very speedy. An employee even rang us just to double check our choices were correct and we didnt make a mistake!

The blinds look good.. I hvnt put them up yet. GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY.. Alot cheaper. I have the same pattern in my lounge and pay more.. Delivery was quick...Highly recommend

Blind come with no information just turn up once fitted the blinds are on a sideways tilt and can be seen a mile off
