Unfortunately, our overseas manufactured hardwood shutters do take a little time to arrive, although all customers are made aware of this at point of order. Our Kent manufactured Basswood hardwood shutters are an option with a lead time of approx. 4-5 weeks.

Quality Shutters & excellent service.
From first contact, the company were very helpful and fast in their responses.
Rob visited our home and went through the whole process and helped us choose the right shutters for our window.
The installation was carried out swiftly and cleanly and the shutters look wonderful.

I can’t recommend KBS highly enough. From the initial survey through to the installation, Rob was personable & professional. He took the time to explain all the options, offered honest advice, and made the whole process completely stress-free.
The installation was carried out to an excellent standard, and the shutters have transformed the look of my home. What has impressed me even more is the aftercare. Rob has been fantastic, making sure everything is perfect and providing outstanding customer service long after the installation was complete.

100% would recomend Kent bespoke shutters, What i liked was there was no pressure to sell me the shutters I purchased them when i was ready.special thank you to the lad who fitted them as it was a very hot day and they was out my front where it was especially hot but i did provide drinks for him. he did a brilliant job very pleased with my shutters.
