Unresolved Order and Delayed Refund
I am really disappointed with my experience with Kenwood World. I purchased a decorating set on 29th November 2025, but I never received the item. The delivery was not attempted at all, as I was at home after placing the order.
I have contacted customer service multiple times via email, website chat, and phone calls, and I have clearly instructed that I want a full refund, all to no avail. Each time, I was told the refund was delayed due to the Christmas and New Year holidays.
It is now the end of January, more than a month after the Christmas break, and I still have neither the product nor my refund. The lack of follow-through and poor communication have been extremely frustrating. I expected much better customer service and a quicker resolution.
I am still waiting for my refund, and at this point, I have lost confidence in the company and would be very cautious about ordering from them again.
Update: Resolved after several calls and emails on 05th February, 2026!
