I am extremely pleased with the damp proofing work recently carried out at my property by Liam and Lee (Boss Man) from Kenwood. From the initial arrival to completion of the job, both gentlemen were punctual, courteous, and highly professional.
The standard of workmanship was excellent throughout, and they took great care to ensure everything was completed thoroughly and to a high quality. Liam and Lee were respectful of my home at all times, clearly knowledgeable in their work, and happy to answer any questions along the way.
On completion, the area was left exceptionally clean and tidy, which was greatly appreciated. Liam and Lee are a real credit to Kenwood and exemplify the level of professionalism and care that customers hope for. If all tradespeople worked to this standard, it would make a significant difference. I would not hesitate to recommend Kenwood based on this experience.

I sent an online enquiry to Kenwood and within minutes I had an email from Louise Bentley with a quote etc for the survey and a number to call to book it. I called Louise and booked the survey again within minutes. Louise was very helpful and professional throughout.

We have just formally instructed Kenwood to carry out quite extensive damp-proofing works and to date we have been very impressed with the service. James O’Malley has been informative, reassuring and very helpful as we really have no prior knowledge of this kind of work. More than anything, he has been very good at getting back to us almost immediately with replies to our queries and making sure the work is getting done in a very timely manner. This company were efficient. They were able to view the issue of condensation and fit the relevant device quickly. Whilst it is quite costly, it was worth it to get rid of the black mould. Within in days of the device being fitted the mould is starting to reduce.

Tom and Michael installed our vent and were absolutely brilliant. They were friendly, professional, and worked very fast and efficiently. They did a great job and left hardly any mess behind. Highly recommended!
