Bought the razor for women doesn’t cut…
Bought the razor for women doesn’t cut hair whatsoever. Reached out to them. They said they have redone it because of the comments and I would be receiving a new one that was months ago. Haven’t received anything or heard a word back from anyone. I would write their product as zero and their customer service at zero.
KENZZI-Great results FAST
I’ve used my device for two weeks now. I saw great results in the first week. I take hormones which makes hair grow on my chin and down my neck. It wasn’t expensive and I love the results. The last time I went to my nail salon I didn’t have to get waxed. Saving money is great too!

Your Kenzzi Limited product is warranted for a period of 12 months from the date you receive it. The warranty does not cover the following and is not limited to; loss, misuse, accident, alteration, servicing, use with unauthorized accessories and any other conditions beyond normal use. The Kenzzi Limited Warranty covers the device only, The incurrence of any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. These include but are not limited to: Shipping, and Customs and Duties Tax.
I used it for less than a dozen times and it was under the year warranty but they refused to honor it.
Waste of time and money, doesn't work
I've been wasting my time with this IPL machine twice a week for over 9 weeks and I can honestly say I see no improvement or difference at all. I'm light skinned with dark hair so apparently should be the ideal candidate for this machine but It just doesn't work. Hair still grows back 2 days after shaving.
They claim that you'll see results in "2- 4 weeks" this statement is completely wrong and deceiving.
It's nothing but a Waste of my time and money.
If you want results and fast go to a salon or purchase a different product.
I know I'm definitely not wasting my time with this hopeless thing anymore.
Doesn’t last . Very disappointed
I’m very disappointed because I used the device no more than 15 times then stopped using it, went to use it again and it doesn’t work. No longevity with this product. Waste of money.

Nine months with zero results
I received my IPL handset using a discount code from a Swoop video, and I’ve been using it weekly in near-hour-long sessions since September 2023 (it is currently June 2024). I have followed the instructions carefully, and nothing has changed over the past nine months. They promise twelve weeks before results are noticed, but I have yet to notice any. They encourage you to shave before you use it, and I believe this is a ploy to trick you into thinking the product is working since you’re in a routine with shaving. I see it has apparently worked for some people (unless they’re bots), so good for them, at least.
The reason this review has two stars instead of one is because at least my device has always turned ON. That’s more than a lot of these other reviews can say, apparently.

The device switched on and then switched pff they blamed the courier but send another one and same thing , they also block people on instagram and they delete negative reviews straight away , they are a scam ! Avoid at all costs !!!!
AVOID at all costs
After I waited for two months and 2 weeks and many messages and I got two responses, finally it suppose to come. I refused it. Do you know that Kenzzi charge you double if you refuse to take product? I didn't want to as I read in other comments get not working product and don't get refund.
I already asked my bank to ask for full refund. But even it was late 2 months, they were extremely rude and unprofessional, I did NOT GET ANY REFUND. I did not get Kenzzi, I returned it. But KENZZI KEPT MY 100 EUROS.
They are the worst people I ever bought anything online ever.
Kenzzi IPL was not even for me but gift for my sister.
Why all the negatives??
I don't know why there's so many negatives here.
The ipl handset for me has worked amazing. I have what I would consider sensitive skin and have a history of reactions and rashes to even the expensive razors. This handset has been a blessing. I've used it a few times and notice a difference already. I researched heaps before picking this one. I have had no burns what so ever. It's not uncomfortable. It doesn't hurt. It's easy to use, the glide feature by far is my favorite. It makes doing my legs a absolute breeze. The instruction manual could do with some work but honestly I figured it out. I 100% would buy this again in future. No more rashes and irritation.

This device worked twice then stopped working. Very disappointed! Customer service doesn't respond.
customer service doesn't exist. no update on order
placed my order on february 20th because I got influenced by influencers. haven't had an update on my order (it's not even shipped yet) so I emailed them on february 27th to ask about it. still no response from them. should've read the reviews on here cause they speak the truth. still haven't lost faith, though. I hope to atleast receive my order. will update my review if things change for the better (or worse)
"Money-back guarantee" is a lie
'Money-back guarantee' is a lie. Firstly, the device even didn't work, when I then tried to get my money back with the "money-back guarantee" they basically just found loop-holes to get around that. -very dishonest and it doesn't work! I hate that I've wasted my money!
SCAM
I am based in South Africa and I was influenced. I saw one of the girls that I have been following online for years had purchased the Kenzzi and was raving about it.
I popped onto the website around Christmas time and attempted to purchase the IPL device, it didn't allow me to due to my location. I wanted to get if for myself as a Christmas gift so I reached of to Kenzzi spoke to Jill and asked if there was a reason it does not ship to Africa, after some back and forth with her team with some emails gaining a response and others just being ignored numerous days later I attempted the purchase again and it worked. Keeping in mind that to those of you that earn in dollars this is an expensive device but less so than to us that earn in currencies that are a lot weaker than the dollar mine being R20 to $1... this device cost me a fortune. I double check all the information the address my number, email address everything to ensure I don't lose my money, only for them to make an error on their
"automated" system and ship my device to Hong Kong and have their courier partner deliver it to someone in Hong Kong.
I always screenshot my confirmation page so I went to have a look did I do something wrong? No I didn't the confirmation page states my physical address in South Africa. I reached out to Kenzzi (Jill) no response I reached out again now threatening to take this to socialmedia, and I get a response and we play this game of cat and dog response no response threaten and get a response on and on and on and on until I get an email from Jill telling me that they take no responsibility and will not refund me.
Imagine ordering Uber Eats and paying for delivery but your food gets delivered to the wrong address and they won't refund you. After you've paid for the food and the deliverv and the fault is on their end.
That makes no sense to me, I paid for tracked shipping.
YOU KENZZI got it wrong your system is faulty.

I had such high hopes as it was all you heard all over social media. (How foolish of me)
Bought mine around November time & now the machine itself would sometimes turn on, sometimes not. It’s also left me marks/scars on my arm. Safe to say, I have stopped using it.
I’ve been liaising with them for a while now, requesting a refund as I am no long happy with the product; that was more than 2 weeks ago.
They try to beat around the bush and offer me a new machine which I refused.
I’ve a sent a few follow up emails because it should not take almost 3+ weeks to resolve this simple issue. Kenzzi states that it offers 90 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE & customers expect you guys to HONOUR that. What an absolute joke!!
Customer service is ATROCIOUS & APPALLING!
Please please pleaseeee believe all the negative comments because all the ones I’ve read are all true & have experienced myself.
