Shady business
I got my device June of 2021, used it for a few months and then had to set it down for unrelated medical reasons. It worked for me really well, but when I just recently picked it up again I found the device no longer stays on. Upset, I found this to be a common issue and emailed customer service. Their only solution was "here's a discount to buy a new one". This device is BARELY a year old--JUST past their 1 year warranty. I went to leave a review on their website--interesting how no reviews less than 5 stars show up. Mine never did. And when I went to leave a review on Amazon--Amazon has it locked down due to an upsurge of negative reviews. I understand Amazon wants to protect review-bombing but this tells me that they ARE curating reviews on their website to promote dishonesty. I'm VERY upset I spent so much on this device with a company that only cares about profits.
DO NOT BUY THIS- UNTRUSTWORTHY COMPANY
This company not only sells cheap products made in China and markets them as shipping from the US, but also buries honest reviews and comments on their social media.
They have deleted my honest reviews in their comment sections three times.
After they advertised this product was shipped from the US, I purchased. When it inevitably shipped from China, I cancelled my order.
When I told them that this was fraudulent and false advertising they ghosted me via email. No contact phone number. No other way to get ahold of them.

It overheats so much after 5 minutes, I can’t use it
I bought a Kenzzi for my birthday in January 2022, shipping was fine (took a couple of weeks as it came from China and had to pay some import fee, around €20-€30).
Used it 5 weeks straight as advised and I could definitely see results, and I was super glad about it. I stopped for a few weeks, got protection glasses as the flash is very bright and It triggers migraines for me, so the glasses help massively. When I wanted to start using again I noticed it overheats after 5 minutes or so, especially on the left side (when you look at it from the front) so much that I can’t hold it, so I have to stop and let it cool down. Now, this is absolutely not normal. A bit hot, yes, it would be expected but this hot, no way. I’m really dissatisfied and disappointed because I can’t keep using it, doesn’t feel safe at all. So I feel like I wasted my money. I’ve contacted their customer service and we’ll see what the say. I’ll update once I get a reply.
Love the laser hair remover
Love the laser hair remover, I’ve been using it for 5 weeks on my legs, and I already see a big difference, even where I have thicker areas of hair. I Highly recommend this product, you won’t be disappointed, if you follow the instructions.

I MADE A PURCHASE ON APRIL 05 and nobody has sent me a valid tracking number. They keep responding nonsense to gain time, the tracking number they sent says unavailable or that it doesn’t exist. I will contact my bank today to reverse this charge, its incredible how unprofessional they are, avoiding questions and responding to things you didn’t even ask.

Please dont flag my review, I know kenzii is trying to delete this. This is my real experience, i never received my order, i asked for a valid tracking number and nobody ever responded. Its been 30 days since my purchase.

Lack of transparency
I ordered the Kenzzi IPL on March 8, 2022, shipping info stated delivery expected in 6-10 business days. Today is April 5, 2022. I have emailed 3 times requesting an update. Was told my order was a pre order which was not and still not listed as a pre order on the website, so buyer beware. I am concerned that I've been scammed. I finally got a tracking number this afternoon but feel as if I'm being lead on and will never receive the device. After researching this product for over a year I am very disappointed about the lack of transparency regarding my order. The influencers that I watched reviews on YouTube were sent the item to try, therefore did not experience these delays and could not warn the public. I will update more if I ever receive the item.

This situation is getting more and more confusing. I haven’t even received shipping information after about 20 days. When I emailed customer service, they told me my order was a preorder which had a special discount and they would finish shipping all the preorders by the end of the week. I never read anywhere on the website that my order was a preorder. And as far as I can tell the price I paid is still the same as the current price after the preorder. Customer service also let me know it would be shipping by the end of last week, but it’s been a week now and still no update. Additionally, after some searching I found two kenzzi websites, one is just kenzii and the other is int kenzzi. The int one has some info about preorders, but it said all preorders shipped on the second week of March. So again my order is late. Not to mention the int handset was more expensive than the just kenzzi website one. And I did switch currency to usd.

Worst order I placed online . They are very difficult to work with . I ordered it for IPL laser. for skin spots . It states that you can try for free trial After….. I placed order they sent terms of Refund conditions . If you look on their website . The terms aren’t listed . After they sent terms it says to get a refund that you have to take 6 consecutive pics before & after of the laser hair growth . I was buying for sunspots . I explained that to them . They won’t refund for that . I had contacted them right after purchase. They waited 4 days to reply & say sorry we can’t cancel now . Know what you’re getting into with this company. And it’s pricey

it’s been a month and I have yet to receive the device even though I paid extra for 2-4 day shipping with tracking. WHAT tracking? Kenzzi keeps saying it will be shipped by the end of the week (week after week) it or I’ll receive it shortly...neither has happened they just keep sending excuse after excuse to shut me up. I waited for two years to place this order and wish I hadn’t now. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I wish I had believed all the negative reviews that warned me about this happening, apparently this is happening to everyone who’s ordered and the good reviews are written by influencers they’ve given the product to for free to entice us all to buy it. I’m literally heartbroken I needed this bc a quack doctor overdosed me with testosterone and now I grow a beard daily and it’s humiliating. KENZZI YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES, I hope Karma makes you pay for all the people you have taken advantage.
~Update: device finally arrived! Disappointed it came wrapped ridiculously with what appears to be a black trash bag (this thing cost $300!) I’ll update again to let you know if the device actually works or if it’s a dud like the others.

I got a Notification that my package had arrived when in fact it didn't. I emailed customer service to find what's going on and got a reply within the hour. In less than 12 hour the package was in my mailbox. Fantastic service by Toni! Her replies were quick, prompt and to the point. She made sure the package is received and followed up a few days later to check on me and if am satisfied with the order. The order arrived in 4 days to Denver, and the device is perfect. Already seeing some results. Definitely recommend.
Terrible customer service. Need refund or my device
I ordered more than two weeks ago. The complete order was with gel and scrub, i only received those two and not the actual device. When I contacted UPS they informed that the device was requested to return by sender and it just was return from customs although I already paid customs. It says delivered to honkong and I don’t know where this company is based and what is going on. I have been emailing them and no response at all. Don’t understand how I received half order and the actual device was just returned back to the sender. Please help or just refund the price.
Horrible, horrible customer service
I purchased the ipl tool with the hair removal and skin rejuvenation but they sent me the wrong attachment. After about 15 emails to their one customer support person and pictures to help her understand the problem, she asked me the same question from her very first email. Omg, I about lost it and asked to speak to a manager. Now they are not responding to my emails at all. Horrible horrible customer service.

Horrible experience with this company. Ordered 1 December as a Christmas gift. It's now 8 February and I have not receivedy package and no one is doing anything. Just stating the obvious like no feedback from courier. I want a refund but they just ignore me. Don't buy from them

I am a Fan of Kenzzi. I have sensitive skin, and I was worried if this will work for me and it does, no issues yet. Have used it for about a month now and no issues, it’s almost painless and lot cleaner and less irritating than waxing. Works for me.

I wish I read the reviews before bying...I have purchased the device 15 days ago and still haven't got it, the tracking with Aftership.com hasn't been updated in 12 days now!!! By the way, they ship it from CHINA! I thought they were based in New Zeland, this is scam company, do not trust them. I have paid extra €8.95 for express shipping to Italy, so I emailed the company asking what exactly do they mean by "express shipping", I asked for the refund of the "express shipping" cost and they refunded it, but now I actually want the full refund since I've read how many people never received the device, I think mine is lost too. I have emailed the customer service and they have no idea where it is, they blame it on covid, this is embarrassing! I've also read that they refuse to refund, so I will update my review after I ask them for the refund if it will still be lost in a week from now. Please, read the reviews first, and make your decision
UPDATE: So it took 24 days to arrive. The tracking was completely wrong, so I had to actually call DHL to figure out where it was, and then I had to go pick it up at the local postal service. Keep in mind that you will also have to pay extra for duties because it comes from China. This was the worst shopping experience for me so far, really nerve wracking and time consuming.
P.S.So far I have used it once, I will continue to use it every week and I will update you guys to let you know if at least this thing delivers the results.

Terrible experience and customer service.
I haven't received my order from November 2021 and Kenzzi are refusing to refund.
I've highlighted this is a breach of the consumer rights, however they believe their own policies trump legislation and I'm still out of pocket.
They will respond to this saying that Royal Mail tracking shows it as being delivered, however it hasn't been, nobody signed for it and no name or address was left for who took delivery.
They refuse to acknowledge their responsibilities or my consumer rights.
I've had to reverse the payment through my bank after 2 months of back and forth with their customer service team sending cut and paste responses.
