Great product, great service

I am a hairdrsser with 22 years experience,been buying products from various companies to use on my clients for years.
Came across keratin revolution on Facebook and because I have been looking to add a new service to my hairdressing, I decided to search for Keratin revolution on Google.
Once I had find keratin revolution website I had to register and send my hairdressing qualification in order to order professional hair products,I then booked an appointment to talk to a lady who works for Keratin revolution,she called me a few days later on WhatsApp to discuss about what I was looking for.
She then tried to guide me on the website to buy products but the website wasn't responding, on the 28th May later on that day the same lady took a £699.99 from ME A REDUCED PRICE FROM £799.99 for a Membeship package which included trainning course + Salon Starter Bundle for use on my client's hair.
On the same day I received a PDF Receipt that said that SUBTOTAL £799.99,TAX paid 0 AND TOTAL PAID 0
I HAD LITERALLY RECEIVED A RECEIPT SAYING THAT I PAID THEM 0 AMOUNT.

I was surprised so contacted the lady on WhatsApp to request a receipt showing that I had paid £699.99 ,she then said she was on holiday and will sort it out when back,in the meantime I realised that I couldn't work with a company I couldn't trust, so on the 15th June I asked to return the products and get full refund .
She responded straightaway and said it was already 14days since I ordered the package and they couldn't give me a refund,even though the trainning course date was for the 28th June they still refused to give me the refund. at this point I still didn't receive a receipt from them,
I argued with them for a refund but with no success,I haven't attended the training course and I don't want to use keratin revolution products on my clients,
On the website there is no return address,no company address and no phone number.
I could only talk to this lady on WhatsApp,I have now received a receipt on the 18th June send by Keratin Specialist Club Ltd.
I wouldn't recommend Keratin revolution to anyone and if you are a hairdresser please do your due dilingence before buying any professional products from them.
As hairdresser you need invoices send accurately along with your purchases,you need to be able to trust the company where your are getting your products from and be able to return products if needed.
Very dissatisfied with the experience on getting involved in purchasing products from them.

There product range is so luxurious, the shampoo and conditioner leaves hair so soft
and moisturising, yet not heavy and lank, hair is left smooth and shiny, plus they are very competitively priced.

The actual Keratin Revolution treatment is amazing too, leaving hair smooth, frizz free with lots of shine, unlike the first generation of Keratin treatments I have used in the past leaving hair limp and lifeless, and actually killing the hair,

Very impressed. I thought the products might weigh my fine hair down but they didn’t. My hair felt incredibly soft and stayed straight and frizz free even through the current heat and a Take That concert!

He keratin revolution smooth and Moisture always leaves my hair smooth, shiny, manageable and generally well behaved.

Purchased 2 products from this shambolic company ,Wished I never bothered .After using product 3 times developed a really bad irritation from the products stopped using immediately .Reported the issue I had to customer service .Reply was go see a Doctor absolutely disgusted .Save your money don’t buy there products .

Easy to order and quick delivery

I made a online order for the Silk Coat spray, it arrived in the expected time, i have used it but not had any client feedback as of yet to fully say wether it does as it says, however I was satisfied with the transaction received
