After completing the promotional work, I reached out multiple times regarding my commission but received no response from the support team. Clear communication is essential in any partnership, and the lack of follow-up has left me feeling undervalued as a creator.

I hope the company improves its communication and affiliate support process in the future.

Really great experience with KETL Mtn. The gear is super comfortable, lightweight, and actually works well outdoors. Shipping was fast and the quality was better than expected.

The 1 star is for dishonesty. I put a 2 star review up on their site, and clearly they are deleting any negative reviews because it was removed. They also don't have a presence on google maps. They are avoiding honest reviews.

As for why I only rated it 2 star, I bought the UV hoodie and when it arrived I conducted UV testing and it offered no more protection than my normal cotton and wool tshirts. So really, it's just a hoodie. False advertising
