Key Largo Shutters & Blinds Avis 

Iv had shutters now for over a month im very pleased with them.they look great and fitted good.young chap fitted them was nice gave me a demo before he left and cleaned any mess.would recommend and will have them again

I have just had my shutters fitted. The whole process was seamless from the initial sale with Tony. The surveyor was excellent and gave very good advice.
Donna in the office kept me informed of a delivery date and the two guys who fitted the shutters were polite, courteous and tidied everything up after they left. I cannot recommend Key Largo Shutters enough. Excellent service and an excellent product. Thank you

I had been looking at wooden blinds and trying to measure up I could imagine all the things that could potentially go wrong but then I stumbled upon key largo and booked an appointment. They visited and measured up said a potential date but two weeks later I received a call for them to come and fit them. They kept me updated on times of when they were coming etc. the blinds look lovely, saved my husband stressing himself out with fitting them. I didn’t know they did carpets so will look at getting these done at a later date. Would highly recommend.

I’ve just had shutters installed by Key Largo and the service from start to finish has been exceptional. The shutters are fantastic quality and fit perfectly. The installation, by Louie, was great. He was extremely polite and tidy. Would not hesitate to use or recommend this company. A great product and very competitively prices too.

I requested an appointment with Key Largo to take place the day after I was returning from a trip away - I booked the afternoon off work to accommodate their visit. They text me whilst I was travelling to confirm the appointment and then again the morning of the appointment. I replied confirming less than 5 minutes later. I received no other communication from them. I waited in but nobody showed up - a total waste of my time. I posted a review to this effect and the company responded by blaming me for their error. Rather than simply apologise for missing my confirmation response and not properly following up with me - the ‘company owner’ posted an incredibly rude, inaccurate and insulting response claiming they had been chasing me for 12 hours but I hadn’t responded. This is a bare faced lie and can be evidenced by my text message conversation with them. They’ve since updated their response as they’ve corrected the spelling of my name and they’ve added a fabulous line to say they hope not to hear from me again. Unfortunately they haven’t changed the insulting and inaccurate reasoning behind their failure to show up which says a lot about them. I understand that missed appointments are costly to a business - they’re costly to me too. They have since text me to ask me to remove my review. Their response to me on Google shows everyone exactly what sort of company they are - Rude, unprofessional and unapologetic. I’ll take my custom elsewhere.

Very impressive from ordering to fitting. If want shutters then Key largo are the people to go too. They look fabulous. Very professional great job.

I am over the moon with my new shuttered windows which make a massive improvement to my bay windows

Key largo shutters have changed the whole dynamics of our house, we can now just shut bottom 4 and keep rest open so we are guaranteed privacy but not lose ability to see out or have to close curtains. Sitting room looks bigger and bedroom.

We never thought that thay would make the difference that thay have, honestly we are chuffed, would recommend anyone that is toying with idea go for it, you won’t be disappointed.

Customer care was excellent, fitter and fitting all good. I thought price was reasonable considering i had very tall windows, you know you have a good fitter when he says he was chuffed with his fitting himself😂

The service from Key Largo from beginning to end was excellent. The shutters were fitted earlier than expected and the quality is excellent. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and efficient. Their fitter Frank was excellent, polite, helpful and everything was left clean and tidy after they left. Would highly recommend this company.
