Very professional and friendly. The key safe was delivered on the 2nd and Stewart came to fit it on the 6th! Well within the time frame advised - and on a Sunday too! Naturally he contacted us first to see if we were available.

Hi Ken,
Thank you for your feedback. We’re pleased to hear that you were happy with the quality of the installation itself, although we’re sorry that some mess was left behind. This isn’t the standard of service we expect, and we’ll ensure your comments are fed back to our installation team.
We also appreciate your feedback regarding the cost of the service. Our professional installation service is designed to provide the reassurance that the key safe is fitted correctly and securely by an experienced installer, but we understand that value for money is an important consideration.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, as feedback like this helps us continue to improve our service.
Updates given on when to expect call to arrange. Was installed a few days after arrival and technician showed us how to set up and allowed us to practice before he left.

Either I misunderstood instructions for setting the code or I was given incorrect information. It was quite stressful in a time limited situation to set the code & ensuring it worked for healthcare professionals & family.
