An excellent key safe, does exactly as advertised. The compartment size is sufficent to accommodate my safe keys which are longer than normal lever lock keys. What more could you ask.
Peace of mind and satisfied my home insurance in purchasing the police preferred safe. It was well received, it's robust and came with parts for installation. Easy to fix.
Very robust key safes - but good tools needed for fitting… Self-tapping screws are VERY tight in a 5mm hole - needed to use a 30m Torx socket on a socket wrench to get them in. One sheared off. Tha... Voir plus

Solid Lockbox + Great Customer Service
First of all, the lockbox itself is a proper bit of kit! Really nice and weighty, well built and feels very safe and secure. Delivery was quick too.
I initially arranged for installation as well because I wasn't sure if I'd be around to fit it myself. Long story short, I ended up needing to install it myself, and the process was very straightforward. The instructions were simple to follow, and with the right tools and a bit of DIY confidence, it's an easy enough job.
Jamie from The Key Safe Co, swiftly arranged a refund for the installation cost and was very polite and helpful throughout.
Overall, I highly recommend this company. Great quality product, great customer service and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

arc Tamo - great product, early design flaw, great customer service resolution
I should start by saying that the arc Tamo is the best keysafe that I have come across to date (I've had mine for nearly 2 years). It's not cheap but many of the lower cost alternatives appear to be easy to break into and/or prone to failure (leaving you unable to access your keys).
That said, in earlier (Rev.C) versions of the arc Tamo you can't just replace the LED battery, you have to change the entire illumination module. This was what led to my customer service issue as follows ...
AI email agent ('Evie') was responsive (replied in 60 seconds) and helpful but unable to resolve my issue.
I then got an email from Jamie (about an hour later so still a good response time) whose answer was pretty much perfect:
- He understood/acknowledged my issue (prematurely failed illumination module) and my concern (with Rev.C arc Tamo units you have to replace the entire illumination module not just a coin cell)
- He explained that they are finalising an upgrade kit for Rev.Cs that will allow just the battery to be replaced
- He offered to get an FOC illumination module out to me for the time being and one of the upgrade kits when they become available
- I got an email the next morning confirming shipment of the illumination module and a follow-up email from Jamie
While I was disappointed with the product issue that led to my support request, I was very impressed with the service provided by Jamie and with the resolution he proposed.

Speedy and competitive
My key safe was delivered very quickly and was very well packaged. The model I bought is available at a similar price from numerous suppliers, but Key Safe were a fraction cheaper than the competition and didn’t charge for delivery.
