This is my second purchase from Keywrld, I ordered a Microsoft Office key and received it immediately. I activated the key in my workplace and I am very happy with my purcahse. Bought a license key, but code is not valid since I can't activate it. Contacted them at help(a)keywrld.com on 30-07-2024, 19h06. It's more then 48h later now and still waiting for a response to my mail for a solution for this problem...👎
EDIT: I finally received a response on 02-08-2024 and they provided me another code that worked.

The keys doesn´t work but i was helped quickly
The key of windows 11 pro (retail) doesn´t work so i had sended a mail to suport and in the same day they give me another key that worked.

You bought an ACCOUNT it clearly says, ACCOUNT, no wonder it doesn't work if you enter an email in the key field.

I alert them by email the same day because i should have received my order some minutes after payment.
Here is the only (and last answer) from them on 4th july:
"Hi,
I am very sorry. There was problem with our system and it did not send you the key. We are now trying to fix this issue which may take a while. You will receive your keys as quickly as possible.
sorry for your problem and always here to assist you"
I precise also that i haven't been refunded.
I warn to not shop to this thief "shoper"
