Office 2019 Key already linked to microsoft account
Purchased an Office 2019 key on 18th June 2024 and received it but it kept asking me to link it to my Microsoft account and it had already linked to a different Microsoft account. I got in touch with support with the screenshot of the error they then sent me another key low and behold same error message and sent that screenshot again and they sent me a 3rd key still same error linked to a Microsoft account and i then sent that error message but from that time no response 1 month today. I just want a refund. My email is sacha.obado at e.email

Key purchased, payment made correctly but never received. There is no response from 24/7- help@keywrld to my questions. On the website, it states that delivery is in 15 seconds. But I've been waiting for hours, no response, no refund... no key. Danger not to use this seller.
