Keyzee Avis 

I was very happy to learn that I could access my building through the common entry of the building adjoining mine which is closer for me to access my apartment
However I paid for a swipe key to access that building but instead was sent the same one I already had
I referred this to the property manager who referred it to Keyzee and Brian contacted me very promptly and after conferring with his manager is now going to send me the swipe I originally requested at no further cost as I have already paid a substantial amount of money
The customer service of Keyzee is second to none and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them

My first 2 phone calls were a waste of time, I was hung up on twice trying to resolve a simple task of ordering a FOB.
Once the FOB was eventually ordered I was told that it was not available. Complete last of any customer service or personal follow up.
Without the assistance of my Body Corp, I would be still waiting.
Also delivery was not as advised, but this could be another issue.

Ordered and delivered within 2 days and worked properly.

A little rocky from the start, however Keyzee went above and beyond to rectify the situation. The key did not fit the lock, however we worked out that it was the lock barrel and not the key. They accidentally sent the second key to wrong address, but went out of their way to address the problem. VERY good service from Abraham. He was professional and polite.

This company charged 110.48 for a replacement fob. After being paid that amount they then send another account for 145.00 callout fee. Total cost 255.00. I have previously had fobs replaced by other companies for less than $100. The callout fee amount is not disclosed before they first take your money and the explanation for the extraordinary cost just doesn't make any sense technically or morallly. After barking angrily at this company they have eventually done the right thing and I congratulate them for that. I do hope their next customer benefits from this experience and does not fork over high fees for something simple

It’s ok, you have to more focus the time of delivery. Because when you request key or Fobs, than you should think about agency. My only concern the time you are taking for delivery the items. Other than all good.

When keys and remotes go missing or do not work Keyzee came to the rescue in a fast and reliable manner. Their accessibility and customer service was first rate. Many thanks.

The process took too long and the remote was mailed to the wrong address, which went against what the name suggest (not at all easy or quick).
