Terrible company. Do not buy from here.
I ordered some birkenstock shoes. Took 3 weeks to arrive after some chasing and when they did they were too small. This was the first alarm bell to go off. I have many pairs of birkenstock,all the same size and these were too small. The quality was not good either. Not genuine product.
I have been trying to return them since
the day I got them (now about 3 weeks). They either don't answer your emails or try and offer you a discount to keep
them. I am still trying to return them.
I should have read all the reviews.

SCAM!! Ordered a pair of shoes 2 weeks ago and haven't received. Tracking number does not work.

Scam company. Very professional website claiming to be in Marlow. They’re not. You get a fraudulent tracking number for non existant goods. Going through the process of. Chargeback with bank. Fortunately only £55, but big lesson as normally quite savvy with this kind of thing but not today!

Why is this fake company operating in our country UK, why is our online regulatory system not shutting it down, I recently ordered a Hoka clifton 10, then cancelled it, their email is fake, their uk phone number is fake.
I want the UK to ban such unprofessional & fake sites, I asked for a £80 refund, no delivery has been done, it's been more than 25 days, where & to how do I complain someone advice me, I can't believe a dubious chinese company such as kibertan is allowed to rip off vulnerable people with their scams.

Item not received. Tracking number not valid. Kibertan ignoring my emails

Scam company. They do not exist at the address given. Google earth shows Empty address/ Superdrug stores in Marlow. E mail address of company is a gmail address. Fake goods from china if your lucky. Probably nothing will arrive tho. My china post tracking link didn’t even recognise code provided. Just a total scam.

I ordered a pair of Hoka running shoes on the 20/09 still no contact regarding delivery.. I've emailed their customer service with no reply and checked Google Maps on the address it comes up with Superdrug shop on the High St Marlow.. reported to fraud online and credit card to have refund , HOKA should be reviewing other sellers who claim to sell their brand

Ì have not received(Asics Gel 27) anything I received two emails all very nice how they were at customs and may take a few days to clear.But I believe this is a scam company the customer service do not respond a joke NOT FUNNY. I wish I had read people's comments before I placed my order DO YOURSELVES A FAVOUR AND SWERVE THIS COMPANY

Still no sign of the trainers i ordered, emails ignored and phone rings once then goes dead.

Total scam, took the money, never delivered, no reply to emails. Bunch of scum bags if they even exist.

Ordered a pair of ASICS they arrived eventually box damaged, label looks suspect, trainers didn’t fit, tried to return 3 weeks later still being fobbed off or ignored with excuses, no return address provided it’s all a scam. Avoid at all costs

I ordered Hoka trainers on 25 and therehas been no update regarding delivery. There has been no response to emails. I have tried to contact by phone but there has been no response. I feel I have been scammed,

If you want to buy fake goods then this is the place to shop. I bought some Hoka Goats Speed and after 3 + weeks they arrived from China in a silver bag. They didn't even go to the trouble of trying fake a box. The quality is embarrassingly poor, I am not sure they would be safe to even walk in.

THEY SELL FAKE COPIES. No response from them by phone or email. AVOID

Hi this is now going on for three weeks I ordered a pair of hoka s unable to contact this retailer by phone or e mail not sure if the shoes are coming or not as tracking is more as less useless. If your looking anything do not use this site as far as I can see this is a scam.
