Shirley is amazing! She helps me a lot!!!

I needed something done and Shirley jumped on it and made it happen. She has always been like that. To be honest she was one of the reasons I stayed with Clover. She's there when I need her. She is a big! Asset to Clover.

Easy installation and startup

Ryan and team were awesome to work with. They were on the ball and made the transition super easy and efficient.

I would give zero stars! I had Kibo for a few years and should only pay monthly fees. Every year I was charged ( money taken from my account) annual fee as they couldn’t set their system right.
Now, I’m out of business for 11 months and annual fee was taken again from my account. Takes time and effort to get it back. No warning, no email just - money gone. So run ( don’t walk) from doing business with Kibo.

Shirley is our representative that set us up and I can't say enough nice things about her. She is a definite 10 out of 10 for us! She answers our concerns immediately and is so on top of her job! The entire experience from implementation to our current use has been seamless and easy. I highly recommend Kibo Pay for any business that is tired of paying all the cc fees!

We have been using Kibo for a little while at our small pharmacy for card payments when our old system was charging us way too much. It has been great and the support is wonderful. Ms Crystal has helped us in all our learning curves and helped me today with an especially annoying refund that would not work because of the credit card company. She walked me through it and it was finally fixed after weeks of back and forth with the customer and bank. Thank you Ms Crystal. Highly recommend.

Maria, my rep, responded quickly to any of my questions or requests. She is very accessible. She picked up almost anytime we called and if she missed our call, she would call back shortly.

Our credit card processing company was charging as much as 13%. The rates have just kept going up. Ridiculously unfair for us to have to absorb that for our patients. 3.75% is reasonable and the patients pay that now. We haven't had any complaints thus far.

We have been quite happy to date with Kibo pay. The system and setup was extremely simple and it is helping us to save a lot of money in fees.

Love working with Shirley from Kibo! Number 1 she is available and accessible to figure out any issues in set up or any other part of the process. In todays market customer service seems automated and I really appreciate able to communicate on the phone by text or voice to get the job done! Number 2 the systems that are offered work great and the customers are satisfied too which makes my job easy!

They have and are still sorting out my menu program to suit my needs. Found them very helpful
