Have been dealing with Maria

Have been dealing with Maria, since we switched 4 months ago and just recently had to do a DDA change request. All I can say is when I became a kebopay client I was unhappy with my old company's customer service, Maria has made our new customer service great and beyond our expections. Shirley was Great!!

I worked with Shirley and was very happy with how she explained how this process worked. She was patient and clear in her explanation. I will certainly consider doing business with Kibo Pay and Shirley in the future.

I'm happy I made the switch to Kibo

I'm happy I made the switch to Kibo! My previous company was no longer meeting my needs, but I appreciated the service my sales rep provided. When I spoke with Maria, she made me feel welcome and assured me that switching to Kibo would be easy. I was skeptical at first, but I trusted her and I'm so glad I did!

Maria is wonderful to work with. She returns my calls promptly, answers all my questions, and is incredibly patient. I only wish I had made the switch sooner! I highly recommend Maria 100%

I absolutely love Kibopay

I absolutely love Kibopay! Shirley G. has been my Kibopay rep from day one. She’s totally knowledgeable and gets your request/ issues done. Shirley always responds back when she is busy on another call. Shirley is the best! When she is off, the rest of the staff are definitely on top of any questions you might have. They always respond.
Switching to Kibopay was the best thing I ever did for my practice.

No- Brainer Business Decision

I get a flyer in the mail saying I can save thousands by changing my credit card acceptance company…. I’m skeptical but I call. I’m told in Kibopay the customer ( in my case, the patient) will pay the fee instead of the merchant ( or in my case, the doctor). I let that sink in for a moment - this would eliminate that disgusting $800 monthly bill just for taking credit cards!!! The customer decides to pay with a credit card and the routine way of doing it is the merchant pays for that? Hmmm. That should be different - so Kibopay is changing all that! THEY ( the customer) decided to use the credit card so THEY should pay the convenience fee - not us. So with that logical position in mind - I said yes!
2 months now and not a single patient has complained. And I have zero in credit card acceptance fees - this will go to a nominal $30 a month after my three month free trial. Funds are deposited into my act the next day and not one dollar has been late. All the people at kibopay are great - they set you up in thirty seconds - I place the charges with a cell phone so no equipment was needed- I just cancelled my old processing company permanently- I think the old model of credit card acceptance for business has gone the way of Blockbuster Video - remember them????
