I wish I had read the reviews on trust pilot before buying an item from KickBack Sports via Amazon. After receiving a damaged item from them initially, I returned it and this company then refused to refund or replace the item and used delaying tactics every time I contacted them. There is no phone number through which to contact them. After a full month of emails, I eventually resorted to barraging them with several emails a day, got Amazon and the delivery company involved and made such a pest ofmyself that they refunded me. I’m firmly convinced that had I not been so persistent they would never have refunded me and from reading the other reviews this appears to be the standard policy for this company.
My advice.......don’t use them!
I bought a pair of Kickback sports…
I bought a pair of Kickback sports shoes on Amazon. They sent the wrong size I sent them back and they refused to reimburse the postage. That was my first mistake. The second stupid mistake was reordering another pair. They sent the wrong size again. I tried to phone the customer service number that just cuts you off without a chance to talk to someone. My email correspondence with them is just as bad As they parrot something about taking a photo. A really bad company that does not respect even basic consumer rights.
Zero Customer Service
I ordered something from them which they delivered when they said they would. However, the item was too small as it didn't conform with usual sizes. On the website it says Mens, Womens, so I didn't know whether to order a M or a L. I ordered a M which was too small. I paid £5 postage. I wanted the item so I ordered a L thinking I'd have no problem returning the item and getting a refund. They said I'd have to pay for the return postage myself. I paid for the initial postage, then for the second item and now I have to pay to return the original item too! They are totally unprofessional and I would say to anyone to stay away from them whatever the circumstances. I wish I'd checked their reviews first.
Can’t deliver items- avoid them
Ordered an item via amazon. They took payment and I paid for express delivery. Then a week later, still not received it. Got an email from amazon saying unable to deliver, checked the tracking and it said delayed. Contacted kickback and they said there was an issue with the weight and it would be with me the next day. 4 days later, still no item so I contacted them again. They investigated, said it was lost in transit then refunded. I can’t believe a company doesn’t know how to send heavy items??
But to make it worse, I’ve ordered something from sports direct, and they seem to be delivering this too. Didn’t know they were the same company? And this is also now delayed over a week, with the same message of Delayed, investigating. I’m trying to get another refund.
Definitely avoiding anything to do with this company in future.
Stick to proper sports retailers and pay by credit card.

Don't trust them
I've never had such poor customer service anywhere, I contacted them within 30 days of my purchase but no one replied and then after that when they did they told me my returns window had expired. I've asked day after day for them to explain why they are not following their own policy which they kept referring me to. The policy to which I refer is their Legal Warranty which is there to protect the customer, it is there on the T&C's page but they won't answer any questions. Then one day they did mention it, they said that 6 months had now passed so the Legal Warranty had now expired, which is total rubbish anyway. Even Citizens Advice have said that I have a case but they refuse to cooperate. Under the Consumer Rights Act I entered a contract with them as soon as they took my payment but despite my enquiries they still won't answer, I've even pointed out that just because they have managed to drag this out past six months it wouldn't mean they were off the hook even if it was correct as I've been trying to claim a refund since May, they have replied which is evidence that they are aware, honestly some of their replies are simply baffling. My claim continues. I strongly recommend avoiding them, there are plenty of other sports shops without you having to deal with these.
