Thank-you For your Words, Unfortunately I’m going have to sadly Decline This 1 Star Review, unfortunately we have had a few issues, and if only you had emailed us to come to a solution then maybe we could have, but instead you’ve decided to leave a review that could possibly damage a small business in one, I have fully refunded your order, may I remind you we have had a few supplier problems of which have caused the delay, again if you were un happy you should have contacted our team, we are still with our extended waiting time for personalisation of up to, 16-21 days(because of the issues we have had), if you would like to discuss this in any more detail, then please don’t hesitate to contact me directly,

As I stated in our email to you unfortunately we have been off due to Christmas and illness, unfortunately we had not yet done our stock take. As you can understand we have only just come back from a 2 week break for Xmas and as soon as we had noticed you had ordered we immediately refunded your order and sent you an email. I understand your frustration but unfortunately as we wasn’t at work due to the new year and Christmas as soon as we came back we made the necessary steps I can only apologise for the inconvenience this has caused. If you had emailed us back we could had maybe rectified this in a different way. Again sorry for any inconvenience this has caused

I ordered some personalised Christmas pyjamas for me, my partner and my little boy. They’ve arrived today and they are amazing quality! We absolutely love them and the design that Reanne created was so christmassy😍 I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for clothes, personalised and non personalised.
I also ordered a beige loungeset from TikTok shop and it came so quickly! Also insane quality and the perfect fit for my little boy!!

The price for the quality of clothing you receive is amazing and there’s some amazing Christmas products on there too. I also saw rep codes on their different social media platforms and I’ve shopped through the website & via TikTok shop🤩

Well what can I say customer service is outstanding and very helpful i places an order and received it 3 days later very fast shipping and the clothes for my son are very well made and are amazing quality they are very reasonably priced! Highly recommend there clothes are beautiful for any prince or princess they also have older children sizes also! They also sell accessory’s cups, clothes bundles and personalised pyjamas they have a bit of everything! Have a look for yourselves you won’t be disappointed can’t wait to order again they have new stock constantly!
