I bought both personalised and standard…
I bought both personalised and standard items from Kicks and Crawls Boutique. I required a fast turn around time for the personalised items as I’d been let down last minute for similar just over a week before my wedding. After chatting to the owners on tik tok love they asked the dates I required the item for and assured me they could make it happen!
My items arrived, packaged nicely. Everything was amazing quality and the personalisation was spot on.
To achieve that standard in less than a week is an amazing service. Any time I chatted to the owners they were very helpful and accommodating! Cant recommend highly enough.
Thanks so much guys, my little boy now has gorgeous shoes to wear to our wedding and a lovely set of personalised ‘best boy’ pyjamas as well as a gorgeous hoodie with his name on!

Everything about ordering from kicks and crawls was perfect! The quality of the clothes are 10/10 , customer service is on point ( friendly & easy to talk to ) and the packaging is absolutely gorgeous , you can tell a lot of effort has gone into it . Part of my order was a lucky dip bag and it’s more than what I expected , Definitely get more for your money . I would definitely be ordering from here again and have recommend to all my friends and family .

Ive Reviewed your order, You did indeed Place an order (7th April) then Our incredible team, Packed your order 11th April.
Now unfortunately, if you would have wanted these packed separately, then this should have been stated in the Comment box located as you check out.
Although that being said.. We do hope the quality of our clothing is up to standards, shame you felt the need to knock our rating down, we do work incredibly hard to keep standards high, if we can come to some resolve please dont hesitate to message our team @ Kickscrawlsboutique, Ask for myself (Luke) Hopefully im able to resolve this.

Thank you for your reply Paige but I don’t think this is a honest review of our services. Although you are right this states bags as you only paid for 1 postage and packaging our team therefore packaged and posted them together. Bearing in Mind we choose to use 1st class delivery on all items so they get our customers pretty much next day. To be marked down as poor for such a small thing I don’t think is fair, was our clothing not up to quality or was there something wrong with your order apart from not being packaged separately? We as a family run business choose to package our items in tissue paper, insert a thankyou card and give a free wax melt sample in there. I know as a mum having perviously shopped at baby Boutiques this is not always the case but we wanted our experience to be different. I have fed your review back to our team and will be making the necessary changes if needed.

I love what i got in my lucky dip bag for £20!! Its lovely! Got a full outfit in size 3-6 months, blue with grey booties a bib and milestone cards!! So worth the money and material is lovely!
