Ordered on 11/07/2025. Order never arrived. I’ve emailed multiple times and they say they will email back with an update. Still no update.

Scam. Ordered in July and items were never received despite numerous emails. I've learned my lesson to always check Trustpilot BEFORE placing an order, even if the website looks legit and has good SEO. Although there are some 5* reviews on here that are clearly fake so watch out for those.

Would give a 0 if I could. Wish I saw these reviews before I bought!
Bought a white machine and it turnt up completely wrong item. Mary is a scammer from customer service team been saying ill get a refund since May and still nothing.

Scam company, took money and never received product 3 months later, fob you off on email constantly had to claim money back with bank and reported company to trading standard’s

I wish I could give it 0 stars. The website is clearly running a scam I am not sure how they are still trading. They have yet to provide me with my product and keep saying they will investigate and are now ghosting me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE.

Scam, just like everyone else is saying, I wish I had seen these reviews first! The website looks real. Company also shows as dissolved on company's house. The email address has an extra S. Requested updates and a refund that I clearly won't get so will take action like others to try and get my money back. Shame to target parents trying to buy developmental toys for children!

I would not have given any stars at all i ordered a present off here for my granddaughter with next day delivery on july 7th its still not arrived recieved empty promises when i contacted them full of apology but still no parcel arrived had to contact my bank to get my refund

Fake company.
Just like everyone else, I wish I’d seen the reviews before buying.
Highchair was ordered and for 2 months they gave me the run around with excuses about delays with dispatching, then got a Royal Mail tracking they said it was delivered. That didn’t happen. But Mary was reassuring for weeks until I just demanded a refund. Then silence!
Reported company to Action Fraud and raised it with my bank.
Thankfully I was able to get my money back.

Ordered 2 items on 23rd July which have not yet arrived.he customer services emails Have provided no clarity despite multiple chase ups. They are now not refunding my undelivered items.

The worst company. Mary is a liar and I’m still waiting for my refund since July. Probably not going to get it. Don’t trust them and don’t trust the ‘positive reviews’ on here, they are likely to be a scam too!

Scam...Do not buy from this company. I have been chasing them for months now
They will not cancel your order. Order will take months to arrive if you are lucky. Product will be nothing like shown in the picture. When you will ask to return they will be so generous to replace it and offer to keep the faulty product as well. Wait another month with no replacement and then finally when you will ask for your refund they will assure you they are processing it. Will respond to your emails in sugary words with constant assurance and after another month they will stop responding to your emails.

Scam website-I ordered a baby gym two months ago and nothing arrived. I have been in contact with the seller and they have been sending reassuring emails that the product would arrive. A BIG SCAM! Sent fake tracking details that showed that the product has arrived.
After two months, I am still chasing them and they haven't refunded my money.

I bought a kids play table they took my money and didnt dispatch my item. I contacted them and was later sent parcel details for a parcel that was not mine. I never ended up get my parcel thankfully my bank refunded me.
This company is a SCAM

Appalling service. A scam my gift for my godson never turned up. Many e mail complaints. Haven't reimbursed my money as promised. Do not touch this company. I had to give one star as you don't have a negative. CORRUPT

BEWARE. I ordered a children's wigwam in July . I have been told , by Mary, that it is not possible to cancel the order despite it not having been despatched yet. I doubt very much that I am going to see the wigwam or my £60 having now read all of these reviews. I am now getting generated responses to my emails. Mary must be a very busy lady !

Shocking company, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Orders are not received & money taken from day ONE.
