Purchased A Pink OG KIDS KAM for our 3 year old granddaughters birthday.
Really pleased at first, then needed to purchase new rolls of paper...which the camera will not print on..
Screen keeps saying NO PAPER!
I have tried contacting the company with various emails and messages via the OG Kids Kam page but NO replies. Searching for a telephone number to contact customer service is frustrating and extremely annoying as it appears to NOT be available!
Am desperate for some help as granddaughter is extremely upset and does not understand why her camera will not work, its just 6 weeks old, and this is so infuriating.
Now we have purchased 2 lots of genuine paper but still not working..
HELP CAN ANYONE PLEASE ADVISE AND HELP US?

Very bad customer service

The camera stopped working after a week so I emailed them. They asked me to send a video which I did but received no reply. I have sent 3 chaser emails and not received a reply. Terrible customer service. Avoid avoid avoid.

The compartment that stores the camera role snapped within the fist three hours of use. Very disappointing for my son as it was his birthday present. Poor quality and complete failure from customer service to recognise that this is unacceptable for an expensive child’s item. Do not buy look elsewhere for a cheaper option as the quality will be the same.

I ordered a camera for my grandsons…

I ordered a camera for my grandsons Christmas. Unfortunately we were unable to charge it. I then read the reviews and thought omg here we go!
I contacted them by email and received a response asking what the issue was.. no further response so I left it 24 hours . I then tried by WhatsApp and got a very helpful person who apologised and explained they were extremely busy and had staff off sick etc. I sent a photo of camera not charging. I was promised a new camera which arrived on Monday, this one charges and is perfectly fine. Thank you Kidkams for your help and good service.

Avoid this firm

The kidscam.com contact procedure is a nightmare. Also, their returns policy is very costly. Their prices are a rip off. Always check other sites before buying e.g. Amazon. I am not a satisfied customer at all. They provide a very useless service experience.

I am very impressed with Kids Kam

I am very impressed with Kids Kam , although they sent me the wrong colour camera initially I contacted them after receiving and they replied very quickly and rectified the issue with the correct camera being delivered in less that 48hrs. I Highly recommend - very professional and efficient thank you !

We purchased a camera as for a relatives present, only to find out they had one. The product itself looked of good quality, but sadly we had to return.

We contacted the company regarding returning the item, it took days for an email response with address to send to.

We duly posted the item back and after a week we hadn't had any update on the return to say they had it or that they were processing a refund, so we then contacted them again via email and we are still waiting now for a reply.

Their customer service is beyond laughable, If we were to of known how poor there customer service was we would of never made a purchase.

Such a shame, great product, sadly neglecting the part of the business that pays the bills... the customers!!!

Slow support

Had problem with the camera. Took a very long time to get a response from customer support. Problem was solved though

Do not buy these.

Great at the beginning. After a month of use, it would just freeze up, nothing would work.
Their customer service is awful. They came back to me with a solution that I tried and didn't work. I'm yet to hear from them to resolve the issue.

Just don't buy these. Go with another brand.

Ordered a camera as a gift and despite leaving a delivery note saying not to leave my parcel outside as we have parcel thieves in the area AMAZON still left it outside and it was taken!
This of course wasn’t the fault of kids kam. I contacted kids kam and informed them and the following day I received a replacement so in my personal experience the customer service is absolutely excellent and the camera has since been tested and it is honestly brilliant and well worth the money

Ordered the pink Kids Instant Cam Pro…

Ordered the pink Kids Instant Cam Pro for £39.99 for a birthday gift. Confirmed that it would be here next day delivery. On the day of delivery received a message that as they were running late it would be delivered the next day . Then the next day although I waited in all day nothing arrived so checked the tracking which just stated attempted delivery but they clearly didnt. 4 days has now passed and no contact has been made either by email or on the tracking updates. I have struggled to make contact with them and have had to send them another message through there company contact page. Is this company a scam as looking on companies house they are behind with their filings. For anybody wanting to use this company I wouldnt take the risk.

Wish I had checked this website before…

Wish I had checked this website before using it. I ordered a camera for a friend's birthday and paid for next day delivery. Although the status of the parcel says Dispatched, they claim that the parcel has been delivered. Asked for proof of delivery but received nothing. Chased the support email multiple times and still nothing. I had to order another one from Amazon so I have paid double for a bloody camera. Gutted!

Unresponsive support and late delivery

Paid for next day delivery, item still hasnt arrived a week later! No contact telephone number and the support@ email address is unresponsive after sending multiple emails, I would not order from this company again, there are alot of other competitors offering a very similar product I would choose them if you are considering g buying this item!

Great camera for kids!

I love this camera. I bought for my son, who enjoyed the instant asked if my traditional Polaroid, but didn't realise how expensive the photos were. This is great, he can take as many pictures as he wants, he also enjoys using the templates. Plus the camera has other fun functions.
