Very good fun product

Paid for next day delivery, item still hasnt arrived a week later! No contact telephone number and the support@ email address is unresponsive after sending multiple emails, I would not order from this company again, there are alot of other competitors offering a very similar product I would choose them if you are considering g buying this item!

Great camera for my 7 year old son, he hasn’t stopped using it since we got it for his birthday. Sparks creativity and independent play.

Took some time to get a response from support. Product arrived and looked good but returned as no longer needed.

I love this camera. I bought for my son, who enjoyed the instant asked if my traditional Polaroid, but didn't realise how expensive the photos were. This is great, he can take as many pictures as he wants, he also enjoys using the templates. Plus the camera has other fun functions.

Cute cam and my little niece really liked it and it works well as described. Thumbs up.

Bought this for 11 yr old granddaughter but we played with it first. Good value for the price, takes reasonable photos and great for children.i personally feel it is worth the money, nice looking product, sturdy and fun to use.

Arrived promptly. My 7 year old nephew loved the camera and we had great fun together taking photos. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the prints which were very clear. My nephew enjoyed playing with the different filters too. Great wee camera!

Order and delivery were good. The camera was a gift for a 7 year old to use at a Wedding. It was a huge hit. Easy to set up and use. A great gift for any budding young photographers.
I would definitely recommend.

This was for my granddaughter and she really loves it and there is no worry about the costs unlike using an Instax/polaroid- she lined up her favourite toys and took portraits and it's good you have the original on the memory card

Ordered for great grandson’s birthday. Arrived quickly . Kept well informed about its progress. It is a huge hit and given a lot of pleasure.

My niece loves her camera and has had a lot of fun with it. I did experience a few days delay in delivery but this was resolved by the company. Given the comments of others I would suggest that they build in more leeway in terms of the delivery timing suggested online. This is still a great product.

Paid for guarantee next day delivery (tracked and signed DPD) so should have arrived on the 22nd August,apparently it was delivered 23rd of August with a photo showing a package on top of a recycling bag (not my address) I have emailed a few times but as yet had no response. Wish I had come on Trust pilot and seen the reviews on here rather than trust the reviews on Kids Kam!

Don’t buy from this site. I bought a smart phone pro for my granddaughter only to find out she has one already. Sent two emails and an online enquiry to the company regarding returning item for refund. Not heard a thing back!! Awful customer service. Stay clear, find another site or similar as this lot obviously not interested once they have your money. Oh well, I will just gift it to kids charity at Christmas.

I placed an order for a camera with an extra 6 rolls of paper, the camera arrived but without the extra 6 rolls I paid for, I am currently being told that I definitely received the extra rolls even though I didn’t, the tone of the email from Simon at KidsKam is poor and I feel a customer service course is desperately needed. I wish I had checked the reviews first, lesson learned.

After making an order, I then contacted the company having read about the toxicity of the paper used with these thermal printing products (like receipts). I asked whether the paper was BPA/BPS free.
I have not heard anything back.
I have email 3 times now and have requested a refund given the lack of answers. Still nothing.
Will be reporting to trading standards as there is no information about returns on their website.

I’d be careful with this company. Tried to return a purchase that was an unopened gift. They barely replied my emails and after I was able to have it returned my refund did not come. I sent emails which were ignored and waited for over a month all with no response. I had to go through my bank to get my money back.

AVOID AVOID! Money taken - paid for express delivery, order confirmation received and then a weird amazon shipping update. Item is a no show, contacted customer services twice - no reply! Total scam

The product was faulty. Failed to power on. When reached out to Customer Support Team they responded to send a video but after that went silent. No response for an exchange or refund. I would recommended to AVOID completely. I wish I had read TrustPilot Reviews prior to ordering.

Was trying to contact their support team to return my order since March 2025 and had no response, just so you know you will not be able return your item after delivery as they will just ignore your request and you will not have a return address to send it back to.
