A present for someone of Irish heritage in the uk, had it sent directly to her but I asked for a gift note saying who it was from but it didn’t so she ended up messaging people to find out who sent it! That said she loved the present.

Never received my parcel
I have received a mail from royal email with the wrong nam, that my parcel is on the road, after reaching your support i havemt got a reply. After 2 days a new email from royal mail has been received which says that i got the parcel which is false. I have semt an email again to your support amd i havent got any response.
EDIT: I still haven't got any answer in any of my emails and I haven't received any refund.
EDIT 2: I have received today the parcel, still no response from support though. As a jewellery, the necklace i bought is pretty good and looks better in person.

I am sorry you have had this experience with royal mail. We processed your order the same day it was received and sent it with the exact name and address you provided. We have contacted Royal mail also but to no avail. We then issued a refund to your account which you would have received by now.
